Due to motorway closure the site was difficult to access and could not be used from M4 we had to use an alternative restrictive route as our personal stuff was already in the room and carrying a disabled passenger. No notification given on travelodge Web site about this restriction.

The rooms were fine for the price. Bedding nice and fresh. Getting a taxi a taxi is a bit difficult as a private road has a camera that charges a fine for using. You have to enter via the motorway. Staff very helpful and helped me get taxi firm who came to the hotel.

Arrived back at Heathrow and needed a place to sleep for the night before a long drive home, the hotel is in Heaton services which are the most run down services I have ever seen, the hotel itself is dated and looks like it's full of migrants, not a pleasant place to stay at all, avoid at all

Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. The Manager always accommodates my request for a ground floor room. The rooms are large, recently refurbished, warm n cosy . I have booked other Travelodge hotels and quite honestly enjoy only staying at this hotel. I look forward to my next stay ?

Terrible decision, it was a real hustle to get to the hotel since there are 2 called the same on the east snd west bounds, no taxi or Uber wants to collect you from one hotel to the other, we spent more than 50? to get there. We should?ve better another hotel with shuttle included. There so many other options, I definitely DON?T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL ??

It is the worst hotel I have ever been in, rooms with a bad smell, dirty beds, dirty rooms, terrible staff and the manager is racist, arrogant, terrible.
