Poor service, dyer rooms and full of shambles. I would really not recommend such a poorly serviced hotel, and would much rather sleep in my car. Atleast it?s cleaner and warmer than what it was in the actual room

The hotel was very convenient and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. There was a service station next door where I was able to eat some food which was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were also great especially the Arab guy Rahul he was very helpful and helped take my luggage to my room. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hi, I have stayed at the hotel for a while now. And it has been the best experience. They people at the reception are very kind and helpful. They have assisted me with all my issues. And I felt at ease knowing that I am being taken care of by such an amazing staff. I would recommend this hotel to everybody , because of the excellent hospitality and very clean rooms. This was a good place to stay for an early flight to Heathrow. Made it a very easy and stress-free journey for an early flight the next day. Does require a car to get there. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was adequete for the cost and location.

Staff is very good. Rooms are very large and comfortable.prefect quiet place with near petrol station and food places.appriciate the work. Almost forgot this the cheapest place I had found. Thank you

A nice room, there was a nice and friendly server at the desk, bathrooms clean and I didn?t experience any disturbance from any of the other customers. Akaash was very friendly and made sure everything was ok with my room as I went past the desk

The stay at the hotel was very luxurious and I was really impressed by the service, it was checked in by Gurmeet. Overall, excellent stay. I would really recommend this hotel to friends and family. Brilliant.

We had a great stay at the hotel, was checked in by Gurmeet who gave excellent customer service and checked me in to a nice quiet room exactly like I wanted. Overall experience was great, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The room was spacious, very clean, excellent condition. The hotel is being renewed which is great.

I stayed at westbound for 2 nights. I was overjoyed with everything. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful- mr Bedi and Kat especially were so helpful, they went out of there way to help us . The rooms are clean and tidy. Overall everything was brilliant. I thank everyone for making my trip a wonderful Stay ! I highly highly recommend everyone to westbound - will definitely come again . The room was great but i?d like to highlight the customer service i had received, it had been an exhausting day and i had met a woman who introduced herself as Kat, nicest woman i have ever met! highly recommend.

Room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed and extra pillows if required, nice size TV, friendly and helpful staff. Service station has M&S, greggs and 24hr Costa and WHSmith Would definitely stay again ?

As soon as I came in Akaash welcomed me and helped with my luggage and personal items from reception to my room which was a help due to my disability. During my stay Bedi been helpful with information regarding the opening and closing hours of shops around the hotel. Also they helped with day to day things like getting my room cleaned and often refilling my room whenever I asked. Akaash and Bedi helped me again to change room due maintenance issues which was a major help. Overall very happy with the staff and hotel.

After long 5 hour drive checked into hotel at 21:45. On entering room there was a urine smell hit you, on entering bathroom the toilet had urine in it and bath covered in a grease film. As it was late went straight to bed. In middle of night something woke me up not sure what it was then heard scratching around. Unable to sleep after finding dropping on window ledge. Went to have a bath to find bits of lime scale floating and tap wouldn?t turn off.

My stay at this place was not the best. I came here so I could have time to get on my flight without rush. The room smelt fresh but the bathroom wasn?t the cleanest. There was hair in the shower and the floor was dirty. I personally wouldn?t recommend it here.
