Manager called Alisha made me waiting for her eggo, i had to return something which i bought few hours ago and she was proper rude. Imagine your are a managing store had having anger issue.

Had an issue with a product i ordered online but wasn't delivered. I was worried because it was an expensive item. However the staff member Mark Hickman helped me out and it is all sorted i am very grateful to him.

No one on tills at ten o'clock. Several members of staff walked by saying 'where are they' but did nothing about it. There was a queue forming - one customer left the paint and went. The young chap who was mixing paint came out of his area and opened a till. At least one professional works there. Do B&Q not want customers?

B&Q is always my favorite, if you have interest in DIY then this place is for you, you don't need to go anywhere else, everything is available here, from tools and machinery to materials. Simply I will WOW. Highly recommended for families

Visited the Ley Street B&Q store today and Russell was ever so helpful the most amazing customer service. From helping us find the perfect timber wood and cutting it for us as well as dropping all the wood for us to the till and finding us all the things we needed. It was a pleasure shopping at B&Q ley street today thanks to Russell.
