The working hours are way too short, how is any person who works full time supposed to go to the bank? And on top of that if you do manage to go the queues are very long.More registers with persons (currently there only is 1) and machines (one or two of them are always out of order) are needed. And some of the machines should be able to operate outside of opening hours and be accessible at all times like ATMs, many other European countries manage to do this just fine.

Not good service really. The waiting time and you feel like the staff just want to get rid of you.

This bank is very good for savings and transfers and the staff here are very helpful but one person was so helpful to me today and she knows who she is thanks

As a business and their premium customer I had my online banking suspended. Upon calling them they inform me to visit the branch, and the branch staff would keep informing me to call custoner services them.. with this chaos they wasted my 3 month..0 customer servicesJust 2 pads (machines) in the whole branch whilst 10 customer line up.40 min waiting time in queue each time I visited the branch.. absolute joke.

I don?t even know what the point to write this review, if no one bother to fix the issues with customer care. To say that the branch provides such a poor service is to say nothing. I just hope it?s not the entire Barclays like that, and only one branch is a black sheep in the bank chain. They have problem with every step of operation: open account, make a transfer and etc. The most simply operations takes WEEKS (!!!!). It seems that the world went ahead into technology, but Barclays decided to stay back in 20th century. So disappointed!

I have been a customer of Barclays for a significant period of 23 years, and I am unable to comprehend the reasoning behind my continued loyalty to their services, given the consistent disappointment I have experienced. Regrettably, it appears that my relationship with Barclays has been characterized by unscrupulous financial practices, e.g by their act of extracting £1000 as a product fee in conjunction with a mortgage interest rate of 4.80%. It is disheartening to note that other banks have graciously waived the product fee in light of the elevated mortgage rates. Consequently, my association with Barclays has yielded me no benefits throughout the duration of more than two decades.

One of the worst branch in ilford.Lazy staff not interested in customer service at all.Avoid this branch you will be wasting your time.Waited 2 hours just to get minor mistake which they made to rectify on first floor. ?
