I have often shop at cost cutter, especially it being my local. Theres a man I believe he may be the manager that works early in the morning, very nice and chatty, and very helpful, young girl that also works there sometimes, again so lovely and helpful. however there are 2 staff members that are so rude, especially the man with gold earrings, is obvious he doesn?t understand his job role,he doesn?t like his job, he has no customer service whatsoever. If he doesn?t like his job he should find something else. It doesn?t cost anything just to be polite and actually have a smile as I said I?m a local, half of the times they are in their phones, either in a hurry to get you out.

I was served by a staff member this afternoon at the store - costcutter Clayhall avenue it was my first time taking Hermes orders there I had 6 parcels to hand over however 5 of them were send over as I had my labels stuck on, one of them I didn?t. This sales assistant ( not sure whether he is owner: employer ) he was unprofessional from the start to finish . His tone of voice and his interpersonal skills were not good at all. I asked him whether I can borrow some tape to just stick on one label my items were all packed. He said no that I will need to pay for the whole tape. He is not able to lend it to me. When I said Royal Mail services offer scissors and tape he was like we can?t not give anything off free. I then looked on Google many people find the staff at this branch rude. He was not proactive and appeared not to do his job properly. I felt he made the whole experience really unprofessional . Hermes should be disgraced to work with such store. I managed to send the final item via Royal Mail fullwell avenue store and their service was amazing.

I wish there was a zero star rating option. Rude and arrogant staff. Do not accept parcels for some reason. I wrote a review before, but seems to have disappeared. Well done to those who removed the truth. These people should not be running a business if the cannot deal with customers. No please no thank you and inflated prices.
