“I am a new user from turkey. Gym is nice and big. I was surprised to see UK so dirty as in turkey we are very clean. the people that work here are nice. but very dirty toilets and no toilet paper. fat girls overeating . they need to stop as exercise alone will not help. Its also important for the fitness personal trainers to be fit or atleast normal. Not very fat . Imagine the advertising. Come exercise here. I wilpl train you and teach you and you will look like me ( very wide and fat and getting more obese every week) thats the advert we portray if personal trainers are fat to a level of sickness. it is only female PT effected by overeating , as male PT are all fit or slim. the case is for most puregyms. I know they do not want to discriminate but there should be a limit on how fat a PT can be”

“Free parking for 2 hours in the car park next to it, heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There are some things that require repairing, but the important stuff works. I always go during the day so cannot say anything about peak time.Staff are courteous, the receptionist and lifeguard tried fixing the drain in the changing rooms! Can't fault them, they should get pay rises. It does take a bit long to wait for service, but they are pretty stretched and have multiple jobs.Classes are always on time and I enjoy the professionalism of the trainers. Members are honest and friendly, when bags and mobile phones get left behind in the ladies changing room they ask around before taking it to the reception. They are clean and don't leave trash behind.The only gripe I have is that it's only 2 hours free parking so I have to shower really quickly! You'll have to enter your car registration on the tablet to validate parking when you leave. Make sure you bring a padlock for the lockers. I tried to sign up online but it wouldn't work so went to the front desk to sign up and it was just a case of filling in the form and paying first month upfront.The app is good for booking classes and they themselves are worth the price given the current economy. So glad I joined this gym, if you lower your expectation a bit (I came from vision fullwell cross gym) then this gym is great!”
