I came in earlier this week as I needed help to take some pension money out, but Kinnys behaviour was totally unacceptable, she made me cry and I left with no money. I needed help with the machine but she was very rude. Please avoid this women at all cost.

old lady called KINNY i?m sure it?s something else (white wash) with full head of white, needs to stay at home she very arrogant ,rude looks down at you, does not know how to speak to someone.I literally came in and asked for something and she yelled at me. Stay at home and do some knitting.

Had both customer service assistants talk badly about me, in front of me. I'm not sure if they thought I couldn't hear, but this was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. The assistant was called SUKHI. She had a miserable look on her face as well. I was unable to read the name badge of the other person.

CARA was an excellent ? customer service representative as ILFORD branch she just sorted out my problem in less than 5 minutes.

Service is very slow. The machine swallowed my note and it took 10 minutes to find someone free to help. And another 20 minutes to wait for them to assist me?. Just so inconvenient especially if you?re in a rush.

The gentleman work at the counter name ?Paul? is utterly rude! Money got stuck at the automated machine and he said why I did not go to the counter.Last time I went to counter the woman said you can use machine .The way Paul approached me looks like I committed a crime and he looks very very unhelpful.He made joke about this incident with his other colleague (seemed same age) about it in front of me .We really deserve a bit of help in case if we walk in .This branch used to be helpful years back but now getting worse.Now most customers don?t need to go branches until very important as everything is online.I observed they were not helpful with older generation too as most of our older generation still not able to use only /mobile banking.Now a days I don?t really need to go much at branches but I will try to avoid them.

Judging from other negative reviews I?m not the only one who can confirm.Customer service stinks in this branch. really very poor and bad customer service. actually no customer service at all. really rude staff. all machines were out of order to deposit cash. such a bad place to bank. glad this is not my local branch otherwise would have closed my account! Repeatedly Had to remind them to say please and thank you, they refused to apologise when even their machine at the counter broke down. it added an extra 20 minutes on my transaction. They refused to apologise stating it?s not our fault. Useless branch & staff.

So bad really poor and bad customer service actually no customer service at all they don?t serve people on time they don?t apologise for their wait time really rude staff they look so understaffed no new technology about them compare to other bank no waiting seats it?s just such a bad place to bank with compare to other banks glad this is not my main bank otherwise would closed my account!

Absolutely the worst branch I have ever visited. Unfortunately I had to visit more than a few times as Ilford is the most convenient place for me to travel.Staff stay at the counter dilly dallying while customers wait at the help desk for more than 40/50 minutes - literally.The staff at the help desk spend ages with very minor matters while the queue keeps growing.I have observed this over the past 3 years before deciding to write a review.
