Very Very Bad Customer Service , counter staff was so rude , I asked ,please give me paper bill but she was so adamant not to give me as she was telling you can check the bill on your email , I told , I m not comfortable , I prefer to keep the paper bill . Staff was totally unprofessional , she raised her voice too . I asked I want to speak to your manager but she did not hear and started shouting and showing her abusive behaviour and racist behaviour . Really it is shameful that such a reputed company , keeping this type of employee to serve in counter. Every customer counts ? just what I was asking paper bill rather then the digital bill . This is the incident of today 08/03/2024 around 5:00pm . I asked the counter lady what?s your name , she did not reply ! Very very disgusting service by the staff .

Absolutely disgraceful service. I bought a dress at the Romford Branch the day before and there was a hole in the seem when I tried it on at home. Came to the Ilford branch next day to exchange it and the manager Kasia or Tasia wouldn?t allow me to exchange. She said it?s not a manufacturer issue and doesn?t know why the hole was there. I don?t know why the hole was there either but it was literally on the seem where the security tag had been. I needed the dress for my graduation which is tomorrow and now I can?t wear it cos it?s a faulty dress. I had to pay for petrol to go to Ilford and pay for parking and now I have to waste petrol and pay parking just to go to the Romford branch all because she wanted to be petty. She made a whole drama situation and issue out of nothing. She said the Romford branch will need to run an investigation on the hole? what an absolute joke. She acts like she owns the actual company and doesn?t care about customers needs at all. I had other appointments booked to prep for my graduation and now I have to set them aside in order to get the dress situation sorted out. I literally bought the dress less than 24 hours ago and she won?t let me exchange or return it. I spent nearly £40 on it and now my money is gone to waste because of her. She said it?s company policy to not accept it but when i asked her to show me the law/evidence she couldn?t as she was lying. I?m not sure sure how H&M works but she made up her own rules about the company and said that the Ilford branch has their own rules depending on what she wants them to be. We are regular customers and never had issues with H&M but this is the first time ever because of one ignorant person , I had to waste my day travelling just for one hole in a dress all because she wanted to pick and choose who she wants to accept returns from depending on looks. She is disgraceful and I can?t believe what terrible customer service she provides. She made us stay stuck in traffic to travel from Ilford to Romford, literally she?s there to piss you off on purpose. I don?t know how she got put her as manager but H&M need to reevaluate their decision on who they hire as it will affect the company significantly especially the Ilford branch. 0/10 don?t not approach this manager when in the store. She was very petty. She?s so rude and wants to change company rules just cos she?s in charge and she said ?we deal with things differently here?. Never going back there and will tell all family and friends to not go to this branch. I went to the Romford branch now, they exchanged it under a minute, no words, no questions, no ?investigation? as Kasia said. The lady at the Romford till was lovely, she didn?t even question the hole and even agreed that it was the security tag. She wished me the best of luck for my graduation. Ilford manager is disgusting and a disrespectful. She must have a pretty awful life in order for treating people this way and ruining peoples day.

The kids section needs a complete restructure. Non-existent shoe selection, clothes being trampled by customers, the floor is cramped with racks close together which makes it a nightmare to navigate with buggies everywhere. Virtually no queuing system in place, you walk around looking for the end of the queue and join it.Veronica needs some serious customer service training - losing her temper with us because we asked to exchange an item. She lied about calling management to come serve us, then started losing her rag when I told her we've already waited 15 mins to get to the till.The store's only redeeming feature is its location, as there are other shops nearby.

The shop is good for shopping.Things were clean and tidy. People were helpful and security was doing is job when a guy was sitting inside one of the changing rooms doing who knows what.
