Do not sell envelopes apparently , only special delivery ones which conveniently cost 7 pounds , shocking considering it?s a post office

Utherlly rubbish. They don't even know what services they offer. Visited to deposit a check in my virgin money business account and they were telling me that they don't dont deal with Virgin Money banking...funny why then is on the post office website and virgin money bank website that banking can be done at any post office.I believe the staff needs to go back into training as they haven't got a clue about the services the post office offers.

The post office is open on Sunday, but you can't pay bills in cash, you can't pay deposit cash. Bad service

Excellent customer service provided by Besjana at the post office till, she went out her way counting all the coins which was mixed in a plastic bag. She had the patience to count them all one by one and was very welcoming.
