You can pretty much find most of what you're looking for in terms of clothes, shoes and homeware. Make sure you try the clothes as often I find, especially with kids' clothes, that they are too small. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of till points, and an efficient enough customer service counter. The last couple of times I visited however, it was very warm inside! Perhaps because of the pretty warm summer but stores should have working A/C so customers do not overheat!

Good shop. Low prices and wide choice. Also service good enough (sometimes it could be more cashiers for faster service).
And what about the plan of each floor to help shoppers faster find what is needed? There could be also printed booklets. Nevertheless, I do like this shop and recommend it to others!

You would have to enjoy chaos to appreciate Primark. To be honest I saw make up at the front of the store and picked up a lipstick and brow pencil at a cost of £2.50 and went straight to check out. The staff work as quick as they can but you have to
Queue for ever. Lipstick is terrible having tried it for a day but brow pencil is good.

if there's one word to describe primark is: affordable.
but to be honest I wouldn't go there in the evening, because everything looks like the aftermath of a war
( meaning clothes all over the place - even on the floor - )
