It was very bad experience today. Team members are in rush or frustrated in late hours and they never care about the customer. Today I experienced a humiliating behaviour from one of the team member serving on kids aisle. When I tried to seek help from other colleagues, no one says a word of apology. If there is a zero rating, I would do that.

The staff here is extremely friendly. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed. I've never been to a shopping center with this amount of options that so close to me. It's great!

It's an amazing place to buy personal stuff. Quite big setup with big collection of clothing for men, women and kids. Home accessories are also available. Excellent arrangement to facilitate public. Highly recommended to visit with family

The man at the fitting room behaved strangely. He looked me up and down, looked at the size of the clothes I was wanting to try on, and said 'for you bigger size'. The size I had picked did in fact fit just fine. I'm not body conscious so it didn't bother me but I can imagine that any other customers using the fitting room may have been made to feel very uncomfortable. The fitting room staff definitely should be retrained.

Extremely racist store. Indian staff treat black customers with so much disrespect. Funny because Indians are also immigrants yet they look down on black folk. Do not shop here with your money!!!

I was live in Ilford 7 years ago I love this place. Shopping always do on weekend as all the time working from Monday to Friday.
