Ordered funeral flowers from the Barkingside store. The woman who runs it quoted me £10 more than on the phone a few hours before in store. I went to pick flowers up they looked nothing like the brochure. They were half dead. I made the woman redo them. She also insisted on cash for the remaining amount. Over priced cheap flowers made up by people who aren?t florists!

Wanted a posy at the last minute for a funeral, said they would do it in half an hour went back in 20 minutes and she was just finishing it , well, couldn?t believe it , never had such a lovely flower arrangement and at such short notice really nice friendly people, can?t recommend enough, deserve all the business they get.
