I bought i phone charger 2 months ago and without any damage stop charging my phone. I went back to store with my receipt they refuse to replace because I don?t have a box. Name of sale rep Surge something have got zero knowledge about customers right. I did call Vodafone customer service and explain what happens, they immediately took my transaction code and did replace my lighting cable. Vodafone ilford store staff totally jokes. Avoid this store.

Pathetic service, as un-presentable was the advisor Tayyab, was reflected by his level of service as well. He was unwilling to listen to me even to solve my problem. I was being sent here and there by the customer services department, through the chat and then the over the phone who told us to go here. Thank you to Suraj to atleast listen to our problem and be willing to try and help. But still didn't solve our problem. Customer services need to sort out their s***.
