REFUSED TO BE SERVED, AVOID BARKINGSIDE VODAFONEI am a paying customer and I was refused to be served. I was an employee but was let go due to allegations and so apparently this means I am not allowed to be served even though I am a paying customer.Everyone , please do not go to this store. They are hypocrites and show racist tendencies when dealing with their customers.I know first hand how they assume how a customer will be based on their appearance and the colour of their skin. For example, if a coloured person wanted a phone, they will feel it?s more likely to be fraud than if a white person wanted a phone.The bald manager (displayed in image) refused to serve because I made allegations about how he is inappropriate with his comments regarding customers while I was working there. I am not going to show images of their faces out of respect. However , the way I was treated by the management team is unacceptable.This means if I am in an emergency and need a sim swap, they will ban me and tell me to go elsewhere, I don?t feel this is right at all as a paying customer for a company that acts as if they are all inclusive and welcoming but this is all a lie. They will treat you different based on who you are.So now I am supposedly banned from the shops even though i am a paying customer.I wish I can say more regarding how bad this store is when it comes to their management and ethics.Everyone , avoid Vodafone Barkingside.

3 months ago I came into the store because my SIM had run out and I needed a new plan. Sakinder - a branch employee - ran me through the options in a quick and efficient manner.Yesterday my old phone pretty much packed up from age and abuse, and I needed another one that would do everything the previous one did.After going into Vodafone Barkingside again, Sakinder was there and after a brief conversation he remembered who I was and what we'd talked about previously. He treated me more a friend than a customer and I appreciate the close-natured communication provided. He gave me a good deal on a new plan, and I would highly recommend anyone I know to this branch.

One of the worse vodafone Branch. Even if you put slaves into the customer service, they will perform better than all these bunch of losers sitting at this branch. You could be standing for hours and unnoticed by those walking statues around the branch.

It's not very often that I feel compelled to write a review but on this occasion I needed to share just how positive my experience with Vodafone in Barkingside has been. Having spent a considerable length of time at the O2 store at Westfield in Stratford, my elderly grandfather was on the verge of tying himself into a long term contract for a new device and airtime plan. Before he did this, however, I advised him to pay a visit to his local Vodafone store in Barkingside to compare services. To his absolute surprise and delight, he was informed that he could purchase a SIM-only plan which would enable him to keep his existing device and save a huge amount of money on a new phone that he simply did not need. The staff in this store (in particular the manager Gareth) went out of their way to explain how a SIM-only plan works and allowed him to ask multiple questions, on multiple occasions.They did not just simply see an opportunity to sell a product to an elderly customer who did not need it. The integrity and professionalism shown deserves huge praise. A true credit to their company and High Street retail in general.
