“Let me start by saying I'm not an easy customer for a hairdresser. I'm constantly bleaching and dyeing my hair at home. When I got my latest haircut I hadn't seen a professional hairdresser in 3 years. In the past I've struggled with getting haircuts that worked for me rather than just looking pretty walking out of the salon so this time I figured I'd pay a little more and see what happened. I booked with Giulia quite last minute (booked in the morning for early afternoon same day). When I arrived both the lady at reception and Giulia were wonderful. I was incredibly insecure about the state of my washout hair colour (mostly washed out and very uneven) but she gave me tips on haircare to make both my colour and haircut last longer. When it came to the cut she was amazing, she listened to the contradicting wishes I had and created something that would be versatile and functional for my needs while looking like I'd hoped. She dried and styled my hair the same way I would so I didn't feel like I had Texas hair walking out of the salon. Overall an excellent experience!”
