I arrived at 915am on a Monday 20th Feb 2023. I was the only customer there and was seen to immediately. The Halifax employee was very friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help me. I required 6 months of bank statements to be officially stamped and she was happy to verify the bank statements I'd printed vs the Halifax system. Quite a tedious task but despite this, her attitude was great.

Is this place ever open?? It seems to be closed because of "unforeseen circumstances" every time I go, in addition to the terrible opening hours. Which is really quite shocking considering its location in one of the biggest finance hubs in the world!

This branch Is the worst branch to deal with, I have been banking with Halifax for last 38 years and find service at this branch to be worst compared to all other Halifax branches I have visited. No apologies for making me wait right through my lunchbreak on pointless checks they needed to do on me as I have been using my debit card contact less which I though was was encouraged considering Covid.

This is just a pointless branch. Restrictive opening hours and don't bother turning up at 9am - their staff don't. You'll be waiting at least 30 mins for someone to actually arrive and open the branch.

Awful awful customer service, got patronised by a member of staff called Oni, she told me to be quiet. I was getting frustrated because I was trying to withdraw my money but told my signature didn't look like the one on their system. I provided a copy of my ID and my chip and pin. Dispite this I was told to sign more like the one on screen, which to me defeats the purpose of requiring a signature in the first place if you are showing me 'how it should be'. What was a quick trip to the bank on a lunch break turned in a 20 minute ordeal.
