Never been to a H&B that the service is consistently terrible. Staff seem to never be aware customers are waiting, as they are distracted by their phones or talking to themselves. Store is not the best stocked either

Racist staff on 7 November 2023 around 6-7pm. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the extremely disrespectful behavior of the staff. Her rude and dismissive attitude was unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and implements measures to ensure a more respectful and courteous environment for all customers, regardless of skin colour.

I recently had an extraordinary shopping experience at Holland Barrett, and I cannot praise their service enough. From the moment I stepped inside the store, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and surrounded by an array of diverse and high-quality health products. My interaction with Justyna, one of their employees, was nothing short of outstanding.Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the clean and well-organized layout, making it easy for me to navigate through the shelves and aisles. The variety of products available was impressive, ranging from vitamins and supplements to organic food items, natural beauty products, and even eco-friendly household essentials.As I was browsing, Justyna approached me with a warm smile and asked if I needed assistance. Her friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and I felt comfortable asking for her guidance on choosing the right products for my specific needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the store's offerings and took the time to explain the benefits of various supplements in detail.Not only was Justyna patient and attentive to my questions, but she also offered valuable suggestions based on her expertise. She was genuinely interested in helping me make informed decisions, which made me feel valued as a customer. Justyna even went the extra mile to check the stockroom for a particular item I was interested in, which was not readily available on the shelves.Throughout my shopping experience, Justyna maintained a professional and courteous attitude, making me feel like a priority. Visited just to see what store provides... I am impressed by the range of products they have and the customer service not only they have a bright smile on them but carrying approach which is top 1.I will come down again 100%, as I've been a loyal member since years ago. Hence, why for me every good service is much appreciated as it's the team that makes the place environment spark.Young lady and tall guy can't remember the name sorry was very helpful :)Great location *****

I don?t know who in there right mind made Monika a supervisor of this store, but I can easily say that I haven?t had a worse customer service experience than that. I went to return an unopened box of sleeping pills they sold my boyfriend two weeks ago, since after a quick Google search we discovered that he wasn?t supposed to get them because he is on strong medication. After speaking to Monika for two minutes explaining the whole situation and presenting her with the proof of purchase and the card that was used during the purchase, the only response I received was ?without the actual receipt I cannot accept the return of the product.? After I explained that her staff had negligently sold this product to my partner and that the only thing I wanted was a refund I was treated with disrespect and disgust. I tried to remain calm and explain to her that the return policy does not mention anything about the need of the receipt, only for her to start laughing ironically and telling me that there was nothing to do. After she understood that I wouldn?t back down she went to talk to her supervisor (the supervisor of the supervisor?) and she came back telling me sarcastically that they will refund me this time but ?this won?t be allowed next time? as if I was her husband she was lecturing. Absolutely disgusted by this shop. Never again!!!Update 3 months later: Although I followed the instructions of H&B and raised this with their customer service team (telling me that they would get back to me in 3-5 working days), 3 months have passed and I haven?t received any response to my claim! Honestly I thought it was the store?s fault that I had such a bad experience, but I?ve come to the realisation that the brand itself doesn?t pay any attention to their customers. Shameful!

I went a couple days ago in the store and the staff,daniela and filip,were both very available,kind and professional, happy to help me find the right product I was looking for. They also looked very energetic . Definitely worth the visit

No customer service at all .Staff chatting at the till point and not even greeting customers . 3 customers in store and the only 2 team members in were just having a conversation.What a shame .Anyway you can find a much bigger store in Canary Wharf Jubilee Place with their very friendly and professional staff.

1. Would give lesser rating if possible.2. Staff are rude3. Manager is extremely unprofessional and seemed hassled to perform a refund for me when I was overcharged (by quite a lot).4. If you must go there keep eye on checkout as it regularly charges more than labels suggest.
