Have been treated like thief(opened my hand bag) tonight by lceland supermarket security man .l remember my hands always in my pockets during those time.l just want to check if they have my favorite bread.unfortunately they don?t have then l have to quick leaving.so totally don?t understand what?s evidence found by this white hair can?t walk properly man!!!!

Came here after 3 years to do a big shop as I had a voucher to spend here as my usual is Asda and I won?t be coming back here .. I spent £100 and it didn?t look like I did. 2 bags of shopping and a case of coke. The Iceland has changed and updated as when I used to go it didn?t have the self service machines and all the aisles have been changed around. The prices are not like before, Iceland has definitely gone more expensive, they used to have really good offers before but it?s completely changed as this was my local and I?d always shop here. Will much rather stick to Asda as you can get lots of Asda branded items and most items for a reasonable price. The only thing I was happy with was the 2 pack kitchen tissue rolls for £1 as you cannot find 2 pack tissue rolls for £1 in many places anymore.

Appalling service avoid at all costs! Went for my grocery shop and the elderly women at the till was extremely rude! I will not name and shame on here but I am disgusted at her service! I asked her if the promotion on my shopping was applied as I could not see it displayed on the screen and she goes to me ?I dont know go check yourself?. Such disgusting customer service wont be going back! This store does not even deserve one star, staff are just there for the fun of it and need to be put under serious training.

very disappointed with the quality. bought milk 16/9/2023 for my little son. 16/9 and 17/9 he drank two and had very bad tummy. he is not speak well yet so i don?t know the milk is dead. he tried to refuse the milk then i check all 3 packs of milk i bought, they all dead!very very disappointed

Some prices are fair, however those combo pricing can push the price up quite quickly! Spent £37 and did not really feel that I got a better deal than visiting Tesco or Sainsburys. I also noticed that the quality of the produce (strawberries) was very lacklustre. It felt like their buyers had bought a sub standard product that passes inspection for a day or two.Finally, there were only two tills in operation late afternoon when people are normally buying food. There were other staff on replenishment, but none were till trained, or interested to serve customers. All in all I will definitely return to the site, but may use their online delivery for some of the frozen combos.
