I recently purchased takeaway chicken teriyaki rice bowl and miso soup from this branch, and the food packaging was not sealed as the paper bag was flooded with the miso soup I immediately noticed this before leaving and notified the server, showing the error. I expected a typical apology and quick swap to a more securely served item.Another server's response was an attack on the miso soup dripping onto the counter. Two of his colleagues, including the one who had served me, stood by while he berated me but replaced the item.May I add I could have been burnt from the steaming hot food, but it was made out that I was wrong. I now wish I had just returned the food and requested a refund, but at that rate, I probably would not have received it.Can you imagine if I had just as bad an attitude as the server....I could probably be the one getting paid right now.*Food for thought Itsu*

Food is okay, very expensive for what it is. Service was terrible, the guy was rude and blunt. The staff were all giggling together and just super unprofessional. I wouldn?t order here again.

Always my go-to place for lunch in Canary Wharf; food is always fresh and quality consistently good, it is easily the best value takeaway lunch available here, service is very quick and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.

For many years I was regularly getting lunch or dinner from the Itsu branch in Cabot Square. Since they?ve shut down, I?ve been getting takeaways from the Jubilee Place branch. The quality of the salmon sashimi boxes are generally consistent, but just as before the rice that comes with the salmon nigiri sushi and salmon avocado maki rolls is often undercooked and gets stuck to your teeth easily. Most days I end up getting just the sashimi box and some fresh avocados so I do not have to discard the rice. If this is something you can fix, you will have more happy customers! (And very likely more customers in general) Nevertheless, the sushi and sashimi boxes were fresh this time round and still reasonably priced compared to other places in the Wharf.

Food was really bland. I got the chicken teriyaki on rice. Chicken was average at best. Atmosphere was ok, it's in a shopping mall food court, only so much Itsu can do.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. We had placed an order and had two expensive items missing. We called 5 times and finally got an answer and were told we would get a call back. We called again 10 minutes later and were told the same thing. We called 21 times before they closed and they closed leaving us without an answer, our items, or even a refund.

I am leaving a feedback for Jakub Gorelka the Chef of Itsu, what an amazing guy he is, the food is always fresh and on point, my Family are never disserpointed when we have a Sushi from here, I say that Jakub is a credit to itsu Jubilee place in Canary Wharf, the staff are also amazing and always serving with a smile, this has a lot to do with great management and very professional, Thank you so much and looking forward to coming here again. What else can be said of restaurant that wanna pretend to be Japanese? Sushi from fridge? Not exactly authentic with only salmon and cheap tuna everywhere. But you get what you pay for, that's it.

First time experiencing a race issue and not happy at all with the service. Employees should not treat customers in such a way. Then try to disregard their colleagues action. I dnt usually give bad reviews but this has to be acknowledged. Absolutely disgusting.
