Very rude and mean staff.I need the bank statement stamped and certified for visa application, who are very strict on the documents.I came to this branch twice, the first time I came the lady was very patient and nice.Today I visited again because I need my bank statement stamped. This time the lady who came to me, said ?you know you can print it by yourself? excuse me? I thought you were paid to give out the best services to your customers, if I don?t want these documents stamped by the bank, I wouldn?t bother to come to the branch myself, for god sake. Outrageous; when I left the branch, the lady added next time you can do it by yourself at home. She actually made it feel guilty about coming to the branch and asked them for help. Will never come to this branch again!

I am very glad to visit this branch as Kacie is gave us a lot of information with regards to banking with them. All our questions were answered and i understood everything.

Extremely poor service (not because of the employees but the procedures implemented). You can?t have a host asking ?how can I help? and in reality not being able to help because you have to queue and wait to be seen from only 1 employee on the desk.Immediate deposit machines out of service.I?m sure Lloyds bank has the budget to employ more professionals and serve their customers without having to ALWAYS QUEUE?

Went there a few months ago to take care of my finances and the whole team were so welcoming. Big thanks to Caroline - she told me about different investing and saving options available, which was the best thing ever! And a big thanks to Abtara - she's the one who explained everything to me in detail and set up my investments and savings accounts! Very professional, fast and clear (which is godsend for my puppybrain).Been going to the same branch for over a decade :)

I met with Kacie and all I can say is how wonderful she was in helping me, she took her time to explain everything in detail. She was professional throughout, glad I met with her. Also the team in Canary Wharf branch are always super helpful.

Today I went to this bank branch because I lost my bank letter to set up the mobile application. I was sitting down waiting, after 3 seconds a lady name Sarita Birdi approached me and asked me if I need help, she solved everything super quick and really politely. She also introduced briefly the saving account, and I was really surprised because I never know the convenience and benefits of having a savings account. After I agree, she finished the next steps really quickly. After that, she and Mr. Faiyaz Salim came and thanked me for coming to the bank. After experiencing the services of the other firms, I confidently Lloyds bank is the best choice if you want to open a bank account or need anything related to personal banking services. I would highly recommend

excellent service, i walked in and help was avavailable immediately. The machine worked well with no problems, the lady that helped me was really heppful and i met the bank manager who was also very helpful in highlighting some areas that Lloyds can help me with!

This is the only bank in UK no matter what time you go, you have to queue for at least 20/30 minutes, because there's only one person in cashier. And other 3/4 staff were running headless chicken like then don't have any idea what's they are doing avoid at any cost.

I recently went to visit my local branch. Caroline served me and went above and beyond to help me with my queries. She recognised that I was a customer of 10+ years, and was friendly, amicable, courteous, and professional ensuring that my needs were met. Her knowledge of the available products and services was great, making me aware of a product that I was previously not aware of, which I will likely now proceed with because of the suggestion. Great service, thank you again.
