Poor quality and customer service\\n\\nI?ve always liked Accessorize designs, but recently found quality has gone down.\\nHaving now experienced a necklace that tarnished after 1 week (I didn?t spray perfume onto it) and a broken zip on a rucksack (I didn?t stuff my bag) which I didn?t bother to return - my third recent purchase of a malting scarf had to be raised.\\n\\nIn the first week, I noticed my new scarf was malting onto my coat, I thought it would stop. I even changed my coat in the second week thinking maybe it?s the coat. But problem persisted.\\n\\nI went back in 3rd week and showed them how the scarf was malting onto my coat.\\nThe store manager said I should have come back after day one of noticing. And maybe she?s right.\\n\\nWhat made the whole experience really upsetting was that she accused me of not looking after the scarf and having washed the scarf.\\nI had not washed it - and even if I had, it baffled me that I was not supposed to wash a scarf??\\n\\nI understand that they may get people trying to return things after wearing (and I didn?t keep receipt because I intended on keeping the item - so realise this was my own fault), but was made to feel like I was making things up when it was visible that the quality had deteriorated as noticed by the manager herself.\\n\\nSpeaking to customer service online also made no progress.

I bought 7 skirts from this store and the quality of all of them is excellent. When you see their sale section, I bet you will buy at least two items. My favourite shopping place, indeed!

Amazing store and service. Doris is sent from heaven and was so helpful when o lost my phone. Such a lovely, friendly store heading by this lovely lady.

This has a large selection of accessories and bags plus shoes as well. Monsoon is part of it and well stocked. The spacious area allows for good browsing. Recommended!

Had 3 piercings including my cartilage! The lady who did my piercing ( fabiha ) was so lovely , provided me with loads of information on aftercare and was so gently when doing my piercing. I walked in so nervous and scared , but left feeling so chuffed and surprised how pain free it was. Defo will be going back for more piercing.

I had a terrible experience at this Canary Wharf branch lately. I called customer services in advance who advised me I could exchange the item at my nearest branch Canary Wharf. I was given their details and then rang the store the day before to reserve the item before attending. The lady at Canary Wharf I spoke to the day before once again assured me there would be NO problem exchanging the item..and that she would not be in herself- but absolutely no issue.
I went to simply exchange the item the following morning - and ended up in there for at least half an hour ..whilst one mature member of staff AND another also inexperienced member of staff rudely demanded that I pay an additional £2.95 for exactly the SAME garment that I wanted to exchange just one size smaller. First of all the elder Staff woman said I was NOT allowed an exchange at all as I bought via PayPal (simply UNTRUE) They were even luring me to get a pair of earrings I did not even want to make their transaction *easier*. Another 3rd girl on the shop floor was equally as clueless. They were very confused and took their frustrations out on me as they did not know how to process it on the till..UNTIL a more experienced kind member of staff started her shift - and showed them how to work their own till in a matter of seconds. There was no apology until I told the experienced member of staff my disgust..then the oriental girl reluctantly said "sorry about the wait" without any sincerity whatsoever.
I for one will never enter this store again. I made an official complaint to their customer services team who wholeheartedly agreed that there should not have been an issue if the item was £2.95 less on the website and apologised on their behalf.

Terrible terrible customer service as of recently. My previous visits have been pleasant but only the recruitment team themselves know why the recruited such incompetent buffoons.
Just went five mins ago to pick up a reservation for my mum; had her on FaceTime to ensure I was getting the correct thing. The two girls. One who looked Indian and another in hijab couldn't stop sniggering and exchanging glances.
Thereafter the hijabi girl told me to let the customer behind me in front so she can serve them because it's easier for her?! How. She's still serving customers. That made me feel so unwelcome and so uncomfortable.
Lastly, once I paid I went to the left corner to look at something & they, assuming I had left, stood there laughing and gossiping and clearly speaking about me as I was in hearing distance. Once they saw me the colour drained for their faces and they stopped.
Never have I felt so violated of my rights as a customer or sad and unwelcome. Their condescending behaviour was as such that I didn't even feel strong enough to complain in store with them being there. It's been about ten mins since I left the store and I have called 18 times with no answer. Purely disgusting, saddened and outraged at this behaviour.

I was trying to buy a backpack and I wasn't sure about the colour and the shape. One of the ladies approached me and asked me, how I was and if I need any advice, I asked her if she has more models but in different colours. She told me she could order it for me on-line and she did! We also discussed which one would match with my personal style. She was very professional, not pushy and I was so happy to talk to her. She had all her hair cover with ginger braids and colourful clothes. Thank you!!
