Went for lunch yesterday, the portion sizes here are abysmal! I recommend going elsewhere. Also my chicken was meant to be extra hot, they made it lemon and herb, so their solution? Just squirt extra hot sauce all over it!

I would like someone from head office to address this. There is a clear issue with staff ability and management processes here. I visited in person with my son, I made an order for take away. I waited for my order. When it was ready, the member of staff said it?s all in there. I asked to double check it and she said it?s ok it?s all in there. I explained that I don?t want drama later, she said don?t worry, it?s all in there. The lady who packed my bag was eastern and wears a head scarf.When I got home I had missing items. It was frustrating due to the fact that I pushed to double check it and trusted the Nando?s employees ability to pack a bag. One would think that is a basic and simple task. It seems not.I called up, and had some guy tell me that ?we?ll sort it out? ? he didn?t take any of my details so I said would you like my name email etc.. he spoke to a manager who said take his email name number etc. I gave all my details? 3 days pass and nothing. So I called up and asked about this. Turns out the man I spoke to didn?t write any of my details down. Which means when he was saying ?yeah ? yeah? yeah?? to me when reciting my details. He was taking no notes. Smh? I spoke to a manager named Ezra, she took my details down again and said I?ll sort this out right now, I?m so sorry it?s not been dealt with? ? one day later? nothing. I called again today and spoke to some guy named Salas whose tone needs to be taken down a few notches. Salas said Ezra mentioned me.. and she?d sort it out after lunch. It?s 14:36 btw?I am also management in a criminal law firm so in a professional setting, I explained that when someone says I?ll do this ?right now?, it means immediately. As to set a level of expectation. If Ezra meant tomorrow, she should have said tomorrow. The entire thing is mismanaged, and amateur. Read the above and tell me different?Where is the customer service? Surely this cannot be Nando?s process or quality of service.I had to cut my kids food in half and you guys put halloumi in the burger box, I didn?t even order that! I took photos of it but what was the point. Zero action.I?ll never trust nando?s staff to pack my order again, always get it confirmed. It?s happened in the past before but it wasn?t a big deal, but it upset my kids this time and the incompetence is frustrating for me. I recommend HQ check staff skills. Very poor experience.

Went out for dinner on Christmas Eve, luckily it wasn?t too crowded. The food and service were amazing as always. Thank you Ema for looking after us!

I ordered a lemon and herb beanie wrap but they gave me medium and then when they took it book they just dumped lemon and herb sauce on it . ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THE LEGACY OF NANDOS.

A mixed-bag chain of Nando?s. The service was great, but the food was lacking compared to other Nando?s experiences. The chicken was pretty dry in all four of our meals and the frozen yoghurt looked offensive and tasted pretty terrible. It?s usually a lot more creamy and smooth. The service on the other hand was very friendly and attentive, which made up a little for the food. Will probably head to the Cabot Place branch for consistency.

Fantastic chicken and sides offering - excellent value for money. One minor issue was the fried sweet potatoes, which were delivered undercooked. Also, there was a mix-up at the cashier, where I received beer instead of the kombucha I requested. Aside from these small hiccups, it?s a good dining place!

Staff were very slow, didn?t seem to comprehend what I was saying. One of the ?chefs? dropped the tongs on the floor, picked them up and carried on using them! Tables and floors were dirty.

Great tasting food as usual, nice friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. Krishna helped us today and he was great and very helpful! - boosted customer satisfaction!

Staff were absolutely amazing, we arrived late and thought we would only be able to get take away however the whole team at the branch work really hard and cooked us fresh food and we could eat in. It was a birthday meal after a long day and I have to commend the whole staff, the food was fresh and delicious and the customer service is exceptional.

I know who does a good job, that's why i give 5 star for the tall guy who definitely did a good job. The Only guy bringing the food in the tables while everyone was just looking around.
