Me and my family flew into from dubai to stop by Nandos on your way as we prefer halal food, and to be honest, it's been the worst experience ever! The order came after 30 mins and the chicken was cold as ever! Tasted really average as well. Service, atmosphere and food was exceptionally poor! Really need to hire more people for better service and food should be hot at least! Would not recommend anyone to go to that branch extremely disappointed!

This Nando?s is pretty consistent. The chicken is cooked well and the portion sizes are quite generous. Service is generally quite good and friendly. It?s ideal for kids at the weekend as it not that busy. I?d head to this one over Jubilee place.

My first time trying Nando?s and it?s absolutely nice experience. The food, especially the chicken, is delicious and well cooked. Strategic location in Canary Wharf. Also fantastic customer service from Sami. Good food and good time spend with friends. Will come here again.

This Nando?s is one of the best halal ones there is. I?ve been here numerous times and the food has been consistently great. The customer service is exceptional. Sabbir in particular went above and beyond of what was necessary to ensure I had the best possible dining experience. I would highly recommend trying out this Nando's.

This is my regular Nando's but when I recently went to visit the restaurant a lovely man called Ravi welcomed me and my family in and just made the whole dining experience pleasant from start to finish. My experiences are always good but my recent visit was just impeccable, thank you Ravi for an amazing 10/10 experience at Nando's Cabot Place.

The customer service at the Canary Wharf Nando?s was absolutely awful! to begin with, my friends and I entered the establishment greeted by one of the staff members making us aware that the food may take around 30 minutes to arrive This was no problem, (a Busy Saturday Evening after Comic Con, parties etc this makes sense). However, we were seated and I decided to make my order by scanning the QR code, the processes of ordering was simple and out of my group of 6 I was the first to make my order? My food took one HOUR to arrive and I was the last to receive my food, with most of my friends already finished ready to leave, I finally received my order which was identical to one of my others, 1/2 Chicken medium, 2 peri chips and a garlic perinnaise, just to be greeted with a 1/4 chicken 2 peri chips and a garlic perinnaise, at this point I was extremely frustrated not only did my food take an hour to arrive the order was incorrect. Having noticed the food presented to me was NOT what I paid for, I decided to bring the plate to the kitchen area, I told a member of staff and they showed me their TV/Order screen and then what I assume to be a manager came up asked what the problem is, when I explained that I had Ordered a 1/2 chicken and was given a 1/4 chicken she had the absolute AUDACITY to tell me that I ?should have known what I ordered, and shouldn?t have let my friend take the order?, basically trying to make my point and order invalid DESPITE having PAID for 1/2 a chicken and receiving a 1/4 chicken after waiting a HOUR double the time we was initially told we would have to wait. I let the rude manager (who frankly needs to undergo a new set of customer communications training) waffle on about how I should have known what my friend ordered before asking ?what are you gonna do about my chicken?? Until she finally decided to ask for a breast piece to be made.Not only was the customer service underwhelming on an individual scale, but in general it seemed like the customer service was not at all on par with other Nando?s I?ve been to, staff weren?t really that welcoming and they definitely didn?t say have a good night etc etc. I wouldn?t recommend this branch of Nando?s to any of my friends or family, PURELY due to customer service, the food was as to be expected (it?s Nando?s) but the service is a no from me.

Very bad experience ?The food was okay but the staff has 0 senses and 0 knowledge of communication to customers. So I'd like to recommend that you train your staff well to behave and treat with customers.

I come here every week and firstly the greeting I get from them never changes. The atmosphere is soo comforting and welcoming and the level of service is amazing. Would recommend a million times. Thank you Roy ;)

Exceptional service by Sabbir which is rare to see these days.Allocated me a seat, took my order and served my meal very quickly and was very pleasant throughout. Sabbir also asked later if I required anything else and was also quick to clear my table.5 star for Sabbir.

Have been here more times than I can count. Always a lovely time here staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is always perfect, sometime can take longer during busier periods but usually here within 15 mins of ordering. Great venue with upstairs seating.

Terrible and extremely disappointing experience. I?ve been to Nandos all over London and this was by far the worst. Decided to go to this branch for a casual dinner only for it to take forever to get seated. On top of this, we waited an hour and a half for our food despite asking staff half a dozen times. We sat & watched tables after us getting served. Once we demanded a refund, our food came out. In the end, the food was dry, bland and felt rushed. Will not be recommending this branch to anyone.
