Rude and poor customer service!I took my damage bracelet (with the receipt) to them to know if there is any possibility to fix it, but a lady rudely said no they can not do anything and thats it ! (the lady wasn?t even patient to listen to me)I took the same bracelet to the pandora in Westfield and they was so kind and they helped me to fix my blacelet!!!

I visited your Canary Wharf store this week to purchase a bracelet. I was assisted by Sahar B. who kindly showed me different options and advised me on the appropriate length. I also chose a pair of earrings and got a free gift with purchase. Her service was very professional as she is an expert in selling your beautiful products! I am not very impressed with this branch of Pandora. The staff are not particularly friendly and act like it's a privilege to be served in there. I went in on a Thursday afternoon when it was fairly quiet and was served by Bradley. I knew exactly what i wanted to buy so just asked for a granddaugher charm for her pandora bracelet. Bradley got what I thought was a granddaughter charm from the cupboard as there were none on display and I paid £35 for it. When I got home and checked it, it was a best friend charm rather than a granddaughter one. I had the inconvenience of returning to the store on Saturday afternoon when the shop was busy. Queued for some time and not so much as an apology for being given the wrong item. Bradley wasn't there, but I do wish he'd been more focussed on Thursday when I first bought the charm and given me the item I wanted. This would have saved me a second trip to the store.

I experienced really great service today, particularly from Hamdi and her manager. I came in with a ring that held a lot of sentimental value and received the most amazing service in terms of replacing my ring. Cannot fault this store or the people working there, extremely grateful!

I went in to the store as I encountered a problem with the redemption of my gift card online. The lovely Polish lady Anna was on hand to help me complete my purchase. She then also helped me put together a beautiful charms bracelet as a gift for my mum. I learned a lot about Pandora charms ? Thank you Anna - you have been amazing and I am really happy with my purchase.
