What I love about Robert Dyas:- An excellent range of cleaning products- Gardening products- Decent deals and reasonably priced small goodsI needed kitchen drain clearer and there was at least 3 products to choose from. The prices were not crazy either. They also stock Limelite, which did an amazing gel which is no longer made. The spray is OK and hard to find, but thankfully RD stock it.I love gardening and there?s not many places in CW to go. Previously I've bought seeds at RD. I had some wonderful sunflowers this year. Atm it's mostly bird products, because we're going into winter.I've always found Robert Dyas useful for small electricals, like heaters and fans. I bought a small slow cooker at a bargain price years ago.Like most places, there's Christmas stock, and there's- a huge range of fairy lights,- the pet's presents is super cute, and- the kris kringle / stocking fillers section looks decent.The staff are friendly and helpful. The store itself is not congested and cramped like some other RD stores.Robert Dyas is one of my favourite shops. As a kid, my Dad took us to the hardware store most weeks, so it's very nostalgic for me. I do try to shop here rather than online because this is one high street store I hope we can keep.

Really helpful and amazing staff. I was looking for light bulb but as I am not sure how to take the old one off I only took a very blur picture and the girl there help me find a guy that can infer from the picture the exact bulb I need and tell me how to change it! Cannot say thank you more!

This company is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a hover off the website for click and collect from the canary wharf store, But the email that was sent after I bought it said it wouldn't be ready until the 7th June. I rang the store and a lady said they had 2 in stock but I couldn't collect it until I had an email saying it was ready. I really needed it today so I rang customer services, The lady on the phone canceled the order for me and said I would have to go buy it from the store. I then went to the store and the price was 70 pounds more expensive. I was told by an employee there are online deals that are full price in store. I checked online but it didn't say it was an only online deal. I was upset so then had to buy one not as good. When I got home I then got an email saying the original hover was ready for me to collect. This is such bad service. Been messed around all day by this company.

I don't understand why a big hardware shop chain like Robert Dyas (refer to Canary Wharf branch) doesn't give out VAT receipt by default. The staff at the counter was so rude yesterday, not willing to help and instead refused to give me a VAT receipt despite the fact that I asked before paying, and having to ask again after paying (because I wasn't given one). As a small business owner, every little helps. I claim back all my VATs. I can't help to suspect if Robert Dyas is HMRC tax compliant, honestly.

The awful, rude, burkha wearing female "assistant" who threatens customers needs to be reported to the authorities. Your behaviour is appalling, remember you're there to serve, not to threaten people as if you own the place, you vile human being that is giving a much-loved household brand such as Robert Dyas, a terrible reputation.
