Great customer service, very polite and professional. Specially the gentleman Mohammed Khan was very helpful. But the opening time is bit funny, they only open for few hours a day.

Shorter hours of counter service on most days. Like 8am tom10am and then 4pm to 6pm. What the fig.

Postmen show up when ever they want. Have a delivery time? Don?t worry they will make you wait in all day. Sick of people not doing their job properly. What post man comes past 1 in the afternoon. One day off this week and I?m stuck in waiting for a someone who can?t be bother to do their job .

Opening times keep changing and now it's 2 hours a day and a few 4 hours a day how inconvenient. People make complaint online to royal mail if your are not happy about those hours. This will leave a backlog of parcels left uncollected. Had I known I would t of used them.

The opening hours on google are wrong and I?ve tried multiple times on getting my parcel however they didn?t open the gate even though the times stated on the door.. very poor service and the parcel isn?t even meant to be at that depot

Changed hours and its gone downhill since, they open in 2, 2 hour slots, one in the early morning and the other in the evening. Service is slow as everyone bunches to come in these slots. Disappointing.

Usually use for returns, fast and efficient service.Hours change quite frequently and not always correct om google maps, check royal mail website.

Parcel has still yet to arrive. At the earliest it should have been here Wednesday and the latest Thursday. Instead it is now Saturday morning and I'm still waiting checked the tracker and it's still just dispatched for about 5 days this is incredibly annoying as it is a waste of my time, I would not mind waiting a couple of weeks for deliveries but do not say you are going to deliver it on a day and just not turn up as people have better things to do than hang around waiting for a package. Anyway I could understand if they were on strike but I don't see any strikes going on at this moment in time. Anyway got another package on it's way I'll see when this will arrive huhhh. I've had royal mail deliver before and it's such a mix bag I've had them leave cards or leaving it with a neighbour and just the wrong address thank God I've got decent people in my area. Royal mail also hate ringing bells no idea why. That's my opinion of royal mail and its inconsistent service.Hi thank you for reading and good luck in your travels ????

'Delivery attempted, no one home'I AM HOME. I was supposed to get an important package today but they could not be bothered to ring the intercom to be let in. They also did not leave a card to at least give me the option of collecting it myself.

Very bad services! Try for yourself to see.. I am a verified customer?, I have a Royal Mail business account (OBA account ). I recommend to set up a Click & Drop pay as you go account and avoid direct debit or invoice account with Royal Mail.*Buy your postage online not at the post office. The post office overcharged postage.The best way to complaint about Royal Mail is on Google and Trustpilot. Online and phone complaint with Royal Mail are also important to do. I wish competitors of Royal Mail will take over Royal Mail market this year. I hope this helps. Good luck!
