We stay in the Premier Inn normally. This was our first time at the Travelodge. We stayed for two nights, rooms were clean and good sized. The toilet was minimalist in a good way with all the basics and no fancy stuff. Both my wife and our little one have asthmatic symptoms so it was really great that the air quality in a windowless room was rather good. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of dining tables and a lounge style area as well by the bar. We stayed on the 11th floor overlooking the docklands and the O2 arena so the view was stunning both during the day and night. The service was good as well. Overall would definitely recommend and even just for the view from the room we loved it!

I booked this hotel through their server at 155 pounds which is more than double of their normal price. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Just few items with no options. They took one and half hours to deliver my dinner after placing the order. The room I got for this price was a very small one. I stayed for four nights but the room was not cleaned for all four nights though I hanged the noticed on the door. Not worth for the price you pay. Terrible Experience.Rooms: No water, No WiFi for the high price you pay. No cleaning or room service. Not at all worthy for the price you pay.Food & drinks: Terrible. You need to stay hours once you place an order.

I stayed in floor 7 and found the window was sealed, means no fresh air. I got up in the middle of night due to the feeling of oxygen deprived. Spoke to receptionist to change to different room which she advised that all rooms had sealed windows. This is the worst hotel I stayed in that lacks fresh air. For health and safety, hotels do have restricted window opening. However, it is first time I have experienced the window is completely sealed.

The room was clean and tidy on the 14th floor, with a great view, only things below par were the toilet and the lack of space, the noise heard from the plumbing when someone used the water and there were only 2 of the 4 lifts ever working which randomly changed a few times whilst staying.Service was great and couldn't fault. Not the greatest of locations in hindsight for the O2 even though it is directly opposite over the river.Walkability: 10 mins from East India DLR

Great location if you are using the O2 arena, only 1 tube stop away. The breakfast and service was great. However let down by the room, the shower smelt of drains which stank the room out.

Excellent hotel. Only a 5 min walk from the train station. Great views from 17th floor even if not facing the 02. Food was really good. Rooms clean. And helpful staff. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I stayed there for a whole week, and I brought my racing bike along. Initially, I wasn't entirely sure if they would allow me to bring my bike inside since I couldn't find any information on their website, and unfortunately, no one was available to answer my calls. Fortunately, no one complained, and the hotel had four large elevators that I could use without any issues every day. The room was also really clean. The bed, especially the mattress, was simply perfect. The location was ideal for me as well. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at this Travelodge hotel. I gave it four stars because it was quite challenging to reach them by phone.

This hotel was okay, not exactly good but tolerable for the most part. The area is perfect, feels more like the west end than east, feels very safe and quiet despite the main road. After seeing previous reviews I did check to see if my bed sheets were fresh, they were however I discovered the next day that my shower and shower curtain was not clean, covered in some kind of dirt and shower gel. The desk was also very dusty around the kettle and when in the light you could see lots of greasy marks all over the walls. The most frustrating thing was the noise, I would guess caused by a plumbing issue, it sounded almost like there was a deep car horn going off intermittently throughout my entire stay and kept waking me early in the morning and making it difficult to get to sleep. It was definitely coming from inside the building.I didn't take reviews saying the breakfast was so poor seriously before visiting but they're really not exaggerating, the breakfast was bordering on inedible and I'm not picky at all. Everything was cold (despite it being 8am) but I got the impression it had been reheated several times because of the texture being so tough. The veggie sausages (picked up by accident) were so overcooked (and then I imagine reheated) to the point where you couldn't actually cut through them. The selection of food on offer was also pretty underwhelming in comparison to premier inns cheaper unlimited breakfast. I would consider staying here again as I liked the area but I'd rather avoid it as a good breakfast is quite high on the priority list.Rooms: Not the cleanest but they're useable.Walkability: Easily accessible from East India stationFood & drinks: Absolutely horrific.

Stayed here for 1 night on a Tuesday as I was working in Canary Wharf. Really friendly and quick check in. Great room with everything you need. Clean and functional bathroom. Comfy bed, good aircon/temp control. No noise during the night. Quick check out. 25 min walk into the wharf. I?d definitely stay again.

Basic rooms. I'm disabled all car parking spaces where taken up by people without a badge. People parked anywhere on the curb on the grass when there was limited parking spaces. Couldn't find the place was driving round and ended up going through a gated area to get through. Not good when your not from London I also ended up paying £20 for parking when I have a blue badge and walked to the hotel the parking should have been free. Breakfast was basic also. Toilet wasn't flushing in the night and was making strange noises. Didn't report as didn't end up arriving till after 9pm

Stayed here for a concert at the O2 and was very pleased with the room. Very clean and well presented. The only downside to the room was the lack of tea bags! The restaurant was poor though, service was slow and it seemed to be a whole new team. We tried ordered a few items off of the menu and the server didn't realise they sold that particular item.I would definitely stay here again, but probably would eat out.

Good location. Stayed for a gig at O2. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Rooms quiet. Breakfast was really good. Only thing I'd change is the coffee in the bedroom isn't the best.

A serious concern for safety. We traveled down to celebrate my sister 21st birthday. We got stuck in the lift which resulted in my family and I becoming extremely distressed and causing a panic attack.Informed staff at reception who were not bothered in the slightest and they did not close the lift off. We also heard from other guests that this had happened to them earlier in the afternoon. Then later that night the fire brigade were called to force the lift open to rescue more people who got stuck. Only then the lift was closed off. This could have been prevented if that lift was shut down as it should have been when the first case was reported. Safety was completely compromised and staff did not care. Reported to head office who also did not care. Disgusting lack of customer service. Would not stay here again and I advise anyone especially families to find an alternative hotel. Would dread to think what would happen in an event of a fire.Safety: Safety was not a paramount. DO NOT STAY HERE

Really warm and welcoming Hotel, one standout for me was just how clean the hotel was throughout. Had no complaints, and considering we checked in on a Saturday, it was quite swift. Managed to get parked. However, I could see some may have had issues due to the number of cars. Perfect location for us to hop into the city and also walk down to Canary Wharf the following morning. Well-priced and will certainly be booking here again.

The view was beautiful. The service was a little disappointing with the check-in and booking with Najin. However, assistant management was nice enough to offer "complementary breakfast". Located within convenient routes to bus and train station. Overnight parking a bit of a walking distance like 5-10 minutes. Finding it was a bit of a struggle with Google map taking us around in circles to dead end roads. Parking cost £ 20 for 24hrs.
