Very good customer service especially from Nazim who helped me pick out frames and was very patient with me while I chose. He took time and made sure I was completely satisfied. My optometrist huzaifa was also very good and made me understand my prescription. Would recommend anyone to Canary Wharf

Worst opticians I've ever been to. Terrible service. Wrong lenses put into my frames, frames then lost when sent for correction. Insufficient support and compensation offered. Just want to make as much money as possible from customers.
