After losing my phone I was feeling very stressed and was failing to reorder a new Vodafone sim. But after entering Canary Wharf branch for help I was instantly greeted and reassured by Maria. Maria assisted me with my replacement sim as well as helping me find a new contract for a better price overall I had a great experience and the help provided was unmatched, Thank you Maria.

Not every staff member is well trained and have proper behaviorI came here twice for the same service. The male staff (sorry I don?t remember his name) was very nice and helpful, he tried his best to support me but unfortunately I need to leave at that time. Later I came back, served by Angela she was so rude and impatient. She did not let me finish talking and got angry with me when desperated for help. She doesn?t deserve 1 star rate

Very poor quality of service. The staff are not trained and don?t know what they are doing. Took me over 30 mins just to inquire about data roaming and how I can pay off my phone. Hope Vodafone resolves this problem.

Good afternoon, just left shop without any assistant. They said you have Vodafone app and you can use it instead of come and disturb them. There was cheating in corner I don?t wanna help , ,terrible service

Hi! On Tuesday 23rd May I went to the Vodafone Store in Canary Wharf Canada Square. I am not a client. I had issues with my new IPhone and I just wanted to by a Sim Card pay as you go. It was 11am. The team on shift were very supportive. They could have sold me the new Sim, however, the guy suggested me to put my one in the old phone, instead. It was a great Customer Service.I really Really appreciated.

please be very careful, staff are not properly trained and they do not understand what they are selling and what their internal processes are. I've complained to Vodafone that one of the staff members incorrectly advised - and she was adamant - that no hard credit-searches would be carried out when signing up to a sim-only deal, when in fact a hard search was actually carried out by Vodafone. While I have clearly not consented to a heard-search, Vodafone refused to correct this information on my credit report, or to let the credit referencing agencies that they did not have consent for the search.This is all to say that you should be very careful when dealing with Vodafone (and any other telecoms that may have it in their practice to do a credit search). Whether Vodafone are intentionally misinforming their clients or are simply negligent, hard searches on your credit report can negatively impact your ability to obtain a loan or mortgage, so be very careful!

Just went in store and spoke to a girl with a French accent, who lied to me, and made me lose faith in Vodafone. Existing customer for over 7years.

When they expect you to buy something or upgrade your plan, everyone is smiling. Once you told them you want to cancel your plan or get a cheaper one, they said they can?t do it you have to call 191. It?s just ridiculous that the shops with 4-5 staff only deal with upgrade

I had a wonderful experience and a love stuff here at Canary Wharf Vodafone.Sabrina the manager of the shop very helpful and friendly. All the stuff help me choose my plan with a great deal ?10 stars

Pradeep in this shop helped me to set up my eSim card and being very patient with answering my different questions. If not with him, it will take me hours and hours to sort things out. But with his help, I got everything done in 15 mins! I am really grateful for his help and his kindness.

No added value, no service and ruining the reputation of those they represent. The similarities with Liz Truss and employees of Vodafone Canary Wharf's irrelevance may be a precursor to their own non existence. Like the Conservative Government, I don't expect this store to be here in two years.
