Poorly run..nobody checks the system to see that all the medication items are given in one go.You will leave the pharmacy thinking you have all items..and then have to revisit whilst sick to pick the medication they haven?t given.Incompetent staff?basics of any pharmacy to check their system that all the medication that?s due for the patient is given in one go-basic common sense!

The pharmacy staff who is working lost my prescription and said your doctor has not prescribed. After chasing the staff by ringing again and again no medication was available which I needed.Bad service.Never going again.

Before I start I?d like to say I rarely write reviews unless I feel they are 100% warranted, I?m not 1 of these people that have nothing to do so try to make myself busy critiquing.I don?t think I have EVER collected a prescription from this pharmacy with ease, both myself & Daughter are unfortunately on needed monthly medication so is no avoiding it.Every single time there is a problem, it?s normally ?sorry no it?s not here u need to ring your GP surgery? - I reply I have already checked & the GP has already confirmed with me the previous day that it?s been sent so they then ask for address or DOB & low & behold like magic they find it!! (This happens pretty muchevery time). Bare in mind this whole process can take a good 20min & when U have a cue of irritated people also waiting it?s not the best!! On 1 occasion the lady serving even told me to ring my GP surgery there & then even though I showed her the email confirmation that had been sent the previous day. Once I had been on the phone waiting for GP surgery to answer the phone (over 30mins) the lady then ?found me on the system)!!!!Next issue I face very often is items are not in stock so you are told to come back the day after, u go back & they say we don?t have the 1 u normally have but we?ve got a generic brand. This has happened so many times, I understand products may not always be in stock & I also understand human error on occasion but EVERY TIME ?!! I thought the whole idea of having your prescription sent to a pharmacy was so 1 could collect with ease, I can?t understand why such a busy pharmacy are not operating & ordering more efficiently? I have personally found the only time the place runs smoothly (for myself anyway) is if a young Asian guy pharmacist is working, he?s extremely efficient & quicker than the serving staff.I?d love to hear the pharmacy views on the above, I cannot believe I am the only person repeatably annoyed whilst visiting. Every time I collect I think I?ve got to move somewhere else & avoid this time wasting drama so I shall now be moving to an independent chemist in the local area in the hope that the quality of service is better & that I can actually collect medication easily & promptly.

A really huge tescos, quite convenient to me as close to the A316, so i can nip in there on the way home. always well stocked and has loads of non food stuff too. tills are well manned so not too much queuing.

A vast Tesco just north of Twickenham, large car park and the rugby football stadium is just around the corner. Always packed out and even busier on match days. Typical Tesco range of stock and range of prices to suit whatever budget you are on. Has decent clean toilets. Good for bulk buys. Non food section seems to get bigger and better each time I visit. Staff service is a bit hit and miss usually helpful if you ask but usually keen to get away from you (or is it me!). Check out queues generally not too bad given the numbers of customers inside the store.
