The security guard was so rude. He just stood by the door and shouted across cause my items weren?t scanning. Why be rude when you can just come over and help?

Bad experience with aggression from staff members who's name indika. He was misleading me and wanted me trow my money vouchers in the bin. When his colleague came to the till and he scanned the vouchers all sorted so I purchased something with vouchers that I had. Head office should give him good training that how to use the money vouchers at the tills. The end he didn't apologise that he gave me wrong information. Very bad staff?.

Racist experience and extremely bad customer service at Tesco Express 317-323 London Rd, Isleworth TW7 5AY.Date and time of bad experience: 17th February 2020 - Time: 10.30pmAs soon as I got to the entrance of the store, the security guy (who looked like a dark-skinned black Somali, a bit tall and middle-aged) stopped me as I had a normal coat on with a hoodie covering my head and I was wearing a scarf. It was really cold in the night and I had to wrap up to keep warm as I was also really ill which I told him about. You can clearly see my face with the hoodie on (it's a normal jacket that comes with a hoodie to keep you warm, simply the reason I wore it). He did not seem to care and was saying that I should not be wearing what I wore into the store which I found extremely offensive and prejudiced. I have seen people come into this Tesco store and other stores with a hoodie on and and wearing scarves and no one said anything. But his approach as a security person was extremely disturbing and he came across as racist, arrogant and rude and should not be working in his position. The security man made me feel extremely uncomfortable in the store and I believed he alerted other staff in the store to watch me even though I was 100% innocent and not a criminal in any form. I wanted to buy a top up of essentials after working late and coming from the gym with my gym wear on. As a black woman, I was stereotyped and prejudged from the moment I walked in the store. The security and 2 Asian male staff should be ashamed of themselves too for the way they made me feel while doing my shopping when the security must have told them to watch me even though I was doing nothing wrong. I paid for all of my items and retained the receipts and left the store feeling appalled and shocked. Racism, stereotypical and prejudice behaviour is still alive in London and the UK. This treatment has got to stop, it is unfair to treat someone like a criminal especially based on their skin colour when they are innocent and have done nothing wrong. Just because someone wears a certain type of clothing does not mean they are a criminal. If I was wearing my smart business work wear in the store, I wonder if the experience would be the same. Please sack that security person and the other 2 staff that made the experience even worse. They should all be spoken to by the management for the way I was treated. Will not go back to this Tesco store and I would not recommend anyone to go to this store as you will experience the worst customer service and racist behaviour from the security and staff.

This Tesco needs to get a good shake from the head office!Wake up call!!! Seems to go to Halal shop off licence, rather then Tesco chain. I was looking for garlic, ginger, flour, rice and some other top up i ingredients. No variety of english meets!Nothing found!, except ginger family pack, garlic 20 people family pack, not joking 20 bulbs inside the package for 2£, rice only indian 10kg, 5kg, flour only indian or Pakistan chapati, not even a pack of normal flour, really!? Very dissatisfied and very dissapointed as it's very close where i live.

Don't like that less than a mile away, the big Tesco is so much cheaper. Should be one price across the board, ridiculous for people paying more more for convenience, in fact a bloody RIP off. ð??¡
