not disabled friendly.Embarrassing.the changing rooms have a disabled seat which is locked away and you must ask to use it and explain your disability. completely embarrassing and unnecessary. if the manager could have rolled his eyes harder he would have and he told me to complain. shame

Visited the store today. Didn?t like the behaviour of a staff member (Courtney) very rude and talking to the other staff members with no respect in front of the customers and treating them like dirt!! Who does she think she is?? Not going back in that store again, I don?t have money to burn on unpleasant service!!! Looks like that one person has caused misery to the whole store..

SPORTS DIRECT DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! - Purchased a few different sizes from the store in Angel as their changing room door was ?broken?. I went to return these items to a different store the next day and a manager said that they do not offer refunds and the items would need to be returned to the original store of purchase. I then had to return to the Angel store where a manager tried to get me to accept store credit, citing once again they don?t offer refunds. Please be aware of this before purchasing anything because they don?t seem to communicate this information during the time of purchase. I will be avoiding Sports Direct from here on out. Terrible and unethical company.

I visited the Sports Direct at Chapel Market today. The manager (I believe her name is Courtney) was extremely nice and helpful compared to the staff at Oxford Street store. I wish Sports Direct would hire more people like Courtney or at least train them to deal with customers like she does. I would definitely recommend visiting the Chapel Market store. Very nice staff. Will be visiting again soon !

The 70% sale is all year round. So it?s not a sale. It?s a false economy. Don?t be fooled by the ?mega sales? and ?70%? off. It?s cheap because most of their home branded stuff like karimor and Slazenger is made for peanuts in sweat shops. I bought a suitcase from them. Lasted 1 day before it broke. Ski pants tore due to poor stitching. Googles had faulty seal out of the box. Socks almost instantly fell apart. Generally rude customer service staff in the shops too. I don?t blame them though. The owner needs to get in the sea. It?s cheap because it?s poor quality. Avoid at all costs.

Hello and have a good time . I am very dissatisfied with your store. I live near your store and I often buy sports equipment, ball shoes and sports clothes from your store, but unfortunately this time I was very upset. I bought boxing equipment with gloves for my son's birthday, but unfortunately a few days later We inflated it on his birthday, but unfortunately it deflated. At first, we thought that it would not close properly, but we checked several times, the boxing had a problem and it deflated, but unfortunately, your staff did not cooperate with me to replace it because I did not have a receipt.

It's a shame that they still don't refund your money, if you change your mind most shops do. You don't always want to exchange for something else... in this day and age, I think you should re-think your refund policy.

Came to return one of the trousers that I have bought here couple of days ago, as soon as I tried it, I noticed that it was ripped and when I came to replace it they declined to do so because they didn't believe it was like that and I even showed that they have things on display that is ripped so why would it even be a surprise? And then the management goes and picks up the phone to talk with one of his mates.. honestly not the first issue I had here at sports direct and looking at the reviews it is constant, the place needs a change or closed for something who values their customers at least

Little staff?.don?t get trainers here cant never find any staff, there nobody on tills, 1 guy today looks like he?s on something and shouldn?t be working there just hangs about doing nothing instead of helping customers,The shop Never have anything you?re looking for, incorrect prices on items, when you get to the till they charge you more, then what the items actually says on the label!Probably the worst sports direct I?ve ever been to

Manager is the worst human being I have ever met. So unprofessional and customer service non existent. I bought a pair of under armour shorts from Oxford street. Realising I?ve bought the wrong size, I wanted to swap for a medium. (Not asked for a refund) he said I had worn them and they had bubbles on them. His attitude was shocking kissed his teeth at me and raised his voice in front of customers. Decided to go to Holloway road - brilliant store swapped over straight away. Amazing team in Holloway. I think the manager in chapel market should be fired?..

I am not going to give any star for this store because I would not recommend anybody to go to this sports direct store. I had to take back a pair of trainers because a hole appeared in the right trainer. The way I was treated by the manager was disgusting he refused right away to even to listen to my side of the argument. After telling him that this was a fault with the trainers all he kept saying was he has never see a trainer go like this. And he basically said it?s my fault & am not getting any money back or a credit note. Then when I told him the trainers was not even two months old & showed him the receipt he then decided that because of the 28 day policy that is on the receipt he can?t give me any money or credit note. Only one problem with this the 28 days policy does not have anything to do with the consumer rights act 2015 under the faulty goods act I think this manager needs to go back and do some management training asap. Very rude man indeed. I then left the store and got my money back from sports direct on line by Twitter account. After a long time speaking to them and fighting my case because they did not want to refund me as well so I then had to contact my solicitor who told me to tell them I will take legal action against them if I don?t get offered my money back or a credit note. Then about 4 hours later sports direct offered me a full refund and sent me a E voucher for the trainers. The next day I went down to Holloway Road sports direct and got myself a new pair of Nike trainers and the staff at this store was fantastic very helpful what a shame the sports direct store at angel Islington are not like this. I will never buy anything from angel Islington store ever again.

Rubbish sports direct nobody seems to know what they are doing at this store. For some reason you can't take back faulty items I tried to get my money back on a t shirt & the manager said no. I would recommend you go somewhere like oxford street much better staff working in that store ??
