This has been my pharmacy for over 25 years? agreed it?s had its issues recently but what nhs service hasn?t. I?d like to thank Izzat the pharmacist and Terri for all the care over the last couple of years. On Friday 16/2/24 I slipped and rolled my ankle on the way to the chemist. On arrival they saw my distress went way above their duty. Sat me down took care of me helped me get myself together -gave great advice and the care I needed right then. So a massive thank you to Izzat and Terri? - it?s the ankle cracked in 2 places guys!

Thank You to ALL the staff at Zena pharmacy Kenley! The staff are always very helpful and obviously go the extra mile! When a hospital department and my GP surgery failed to prescribe an important drug, the pharmacist at Zenas emailed my GP and resolved the problem quickly. Despite being very busy the staff are always polite and helpful face to face, or on the phone. They have a useful website and also provide a useful email address so access is always easy. Also they are always there for general pharmacy advice. A Fantastic local service. I hope Zenas is around for many years!

Having recently moved to Kenley, this is the pharmacy nearest to me. I have experienced no problems and find the staff friendly and helpful, they answer the phone promptly too. In every way they are superior to the pharmacy I used to use in SE25.. Waiting for prescriptions to be completed is pretty general now, friends in other areas tell me they have similar problems. It is a Europe wide problem, not the fault of individual pharmacies.

Open 9-6.30pm but will not answer the phone! Not inerested if there is a problem with the meds.

Such a shame this local pharmacy service is getting worse. Often prescription items are out of stock and they tell you its on order. Come back in a week to collect to find they cant source said item and told to go elsewhere. They don't contact you before hand to advise that they cannot get the items you just find out when you go and collect. Really bad service

I've fed this back to the pharmacy. They have your prescription and very often the items are out of stock. They don't tell you this though. They wait for you to attempt to collect. I've tried leaving the prescription with them longer but still face same issue. I've had this happen 5 times now with different products and then gone to a different local pharmacy who have the item. They should just inform customers if items are out of stock before we come to collect. They advised me to try Tesco. So fromNow on that's what I will do.

Great travel clinic.We got all our travel vaccines here; Japanese Encethalitis x 2, Hep A, Rabies x 3 and Typhoid.Izzat is the pharmacist there - he is great! Very quick and professional, but also very personable too which makes the whole experience strangely enjoyable.Would highly recommend!

Awful place to locum. I wouldn?t recommend anyone get their prescriptions from here as they are so disorganised. The short Indian lady manager is also a rude little POS. but surprised reviews are still one star even one year later

Totally gone downhill since new management took over. Pharmacist is very young and inexperienced. Wait times are huge as staff are so slow

I agree with the comments below. The guy that works on the reception is very rude and unprofessional. I thought I?d give it a few months to see if he was just having a bad day but he is just genuinely rude and comes off aloof and arrogant. He argues with me when I?m trying to state a point. There is no sense of confidentiality in this place and the guy on reception is very argumentative. I feel like I?ll be changing the pharmacy I get my medication from even if it?s a little further in distance. At least I can be sure to get better service elsewhere. I?ve had issues with this pharmacy that I?ve never had anywhere else. They?ve gone down hill over the last few years. Not happy with them at all.

So, I've been in and out of here over the past 2 years and it has been a rollercoaster. Was great, then it went completely to hell, but now thanks to Terrie who is like a one-woman super-computer they are on the up. Terrie sourced us hard to find meds (they're all hard to find now to be frank) she got the Doc to replace prescriptions with different meds - she couldn't do more and with great cheer. She is turning the place around and I really hope she succeeds as we all need a local chemist. Thanks also to the nice manager who comes on a Friday. Please keep up the good work.
