Cannot reach them over the phone. Loops to the initial message after it leaves you waiting. There is no way to speak to a person when calling.

BEWARE!!! I had an awful experience today basement floor at this location. The manager in this location is truly unprofessional and rude when handling customer issue. Today I had an issue with self service machine, and when I got the attention of staff member, he didn?t bother with the issue, when I have said that my money got stuck in the self service machine, the staff accused me of not putting money in. The manager passing by didn?t do anything about my money that I put in the machine to pay. I wonder if it?s okay to speak with any customer in bad manner and that I should lose my money in the machine because there is fault in the self service and the staff and manager is not bothered to do their job? I believe as a manager these issues should be dealt properly as it?s matter of someone?s hard earned money. If by end of the day when you open the till and found my money stuck or fell down in side the machine I hope you put it in the charity or something.

Beauty departments customer service is awful and disgusting , they thief , in online said you can buy here or store same price , when you go to store , they said you should buy first something more than £50 then we give you this offer , while in boots Westfield everything the same as online , the experience in Estée Lauder, and the perfume online said go to Dior department same price , they said no here is full price , but in Brompton branch I have got it same price as online , and old lady in Clinique department spend the time with another old lady with no attention to customer for while .

The automatic check out machines in Kensington high street Boots were a nightmare when I was there last week but hopefully are sorted out now! The staff were very helpful though which was much appreciated it.

Nice boots, very limited selection of sandwiches at times.Could definitely do with either a new easier way to get to the ground floor or better signage at least.

Unfortunately the pharmacy is so disorganised. After waiting 45 minutes, I had to leave as they could fulfil my prescription. I had spoken to one person who agreed one thing to then have it completely changed by a second. I had gone to them as the first place I went to couldn't fill the prescription.

My go to place for everything beauty/ hygiene / skin care ?etc everything is in stock most of the time , although not always cheap but boots card is a plus to get some great offers ?love boots

Unfortunately don't have a great pharmacy service. Was checking if they had stock for an urgent medical need and was not listened to and even told that they couldn't provide it because there was a bank holiday the next day. I spelt it for them and they continuously assumed it was the wrong thing and negligently told me it wasn't in stock. Upon doing their job for them, it became clear it was. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable when someone is getting urgent emergency medicine for a chronic condition or disability because without the medication, consequences could be severe. They did not seem to care about this at all and were very rude.

Even if there are a lot of staff, don't expect to get help. Although it is a place with a large and good environment And there are many that don't even have stock. My break time becomes wasted time ?The hardest-working staff is the guard at the door.

I visited this branch this afternoon to purchase makeup. While looking between shades I wanted to get a shop assistants opinion. I look around and see a few of the young women huddled together about 10 ft away from me. Eventually they ask if I need any assistance but sound quite annoyed, still maintaining their distance. I approached them with the problem but they blankly gave me a one worded response. Kudos to the one who eventually stepped forward to help but honestly, you?re selling some high priced brands and should probably hire staff that are more attentive.

Boots: my ego and everything the world has to offer it. This store has been rebuilt to look more modern and I entirely believe that this store will continue to serve the growing community.
