Worst customer service ever !Staff name Wafa very rude and disrespectful & she has no knowledge about anything! You should train her and teach her to be polite to customers! She was not happy to type my email she gave me the keyboard & asking me to return items to the shelf! come on we are in 2023 don?t need rude & useless people

Wafa, a staff member, is extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. She also knows nothing. She has to be trained and taught how to treat clients with respect!

The lady that served me was so sweet, helpful and friendly. Saturday afternoon and surprisingly quiet (however there was construction work going on outside which blocked them off). Small and clean branch. Easy to navigate. My main issue was limited stock especially protein bars. Given the area, they may need a bigger branch on Kensington High Street.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Holland and Barrett thanks to the amazing help I received from Maryam. I was in desperate need of D mannose due to a recurring UTI, and despite being told by a male advisor that they didn't have it, Maryam went out of her way to help me locate the product.All staff are attentive, and ready to offer assistance with a smile!
