Not helpful and dismissing staff.Got a parcel redirected to this place. Went there twice, only to get response of ?your parcel did not arrive?. They then asked me to call the customer service number.By checking with the CS lady with my reference number, it turns out that my parcel cannot be collected in the post office as it needs a signature. I am not sure why the people in the post office did not let me know this when I am in the branch previously. I am even with the delivery card and only to be dismissed.You have one job and you failed.Oh and not to mention the attitude. That is the least of the problem.
