I walked in this branch to ask for a watch battery replacement, the man behind the till just took the watch from me without saying a word, clearly annoyed for some mysterious reason. He started changing the battery without a single word and then handed it back to me telling me it costs £20. It's my own fault for not asking the price first and not taking my watch and leaving after his rude behaviour, but I would not recommend this shop at all.

Quite hard to spot the store as it?s tucked round the corner in the tube station but once found the staff were friendly and cheerful. Got 2 keys cut straight away in less than 5 mins for a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone in the area?

Took in a Michael kors watch because I was told by a jewelry shop that the watch was broken and it's not the battery,the lovely man in the shop replaced the battery and re-synced the watched,it cost £24.99 but that's batteries for life,made my day so if anyone needs a watch sorted Timpson in Kensington high Street station
