Some great products but their stores - aaaaagh! If they have the colour way they don’t have your size, if they have your size it’s only in grey. And to cap it off the staff immediately say ‘better shop online’. As if it was available online!!!

I went to London with some friends and we popped in to this shop. I was quite impressed with the amount of coats, gillet and base layer they have. I will definitely be popping back or going on Vinted to purchase me a nice thin, down gillet to go under my coat!

I have shopped multiple times at the High Street Kensington branch and every time I go, the lovely staff give me a reason to smile. They have great customer service and I love the diversity of their employees.
