I?ve been here a few times and never had a good experience lol queue?s being 15-20 min long and then being told to go to the tills downstairs and then there?s no one working downstairs and then being told to just go back in the queue upstairs even tho I?m now at the back of the queue again? This has happened multiple times so if you can go to a different zara I would suggest you do??Or when I asked for an item and had to wait 30 min for them to grab it from the stock room which is just downstairs?

Always a huge queue for the dressing room when I get there. Layout makes it tricky to easily flow through store and see all racks, always in the way of someone or behind a pillar etc.

My phone was also stolen here. And it seems that thefts occurred quite often in this store. Though the security is supportive, I still cannot understand why don?t you inform the customers or put any attention on thefts??

My phone was stolen in the store which I understand that is not the store?s responsibility. The issue is that the employees, particularly the person in charge of security at the door, as oppose to help me ended up shouting at me that they don?t have any responsibility to help me or to at least lend me a phone to call the phone or the police.

Always very very very long queues for the tills. Staff at the tills working as slow as possible despite queues extending from the tills to the the back. Last time I was here, I stood in line for 1hr upstairs in the tills for a return

The ques are long.About 13 people. And takes about 9 minutes to serve one clientService are poor....No member of stuff on the shop floor.Only one person on the till.

It?s like every single staff member is on slow motion. The queues are terrible and they have the cheek to continue chit chatting amongst themselves as we wait in line. My phone got stolen they couldn?t care less! everything about this store is just poor!

What has happened to Zara?Queues at changing rooms and tills in 3 central London stores (near Bond Street, Oxford Street, High Street Kensington) I visited today Wednesday and yesterday Tuesday. Stores not overly busy. Staff seem to be on a go slow and don't seem overly happy.They don't care about customer service. They wouldnt give a credit note for an expired £50 voucher that I found in my home today. I misplaced it a year ago. I've shipped at Zara and Zara home for many years but don't think I'll shop there again.
