Have been shopping here on and off for over 20 years , however today I was served by an obnoxious and rude member of staff who needs training on how to communicate and deal with customers .There are so many of them with their headphones on but equally inefficient if you ask for anything .Also it seems like there?s no diversity in their workforce majority have the same ethnicity makes me wonder if friends and family members are given a priority during the interview process .The place lacks welcoming vibe and honestly I won?t be coming to the store any time soon .Superdrug sort it out !!!!

Visited this shop on 17/6/23 am ,floor staff have no initiative and unhelpful , cashier impolite to the point of rudeness . Will go elsewhere in future

It?s a terrible experience anytime I visit this shop. There is never more than one person on the till, despite multiple workers chatting to each other on their headsets dotted around the shop. Service is slow at the best of times with Superdrug?s insistence on trying to push their offers on you at the tills. Just wish the Boots in Kentish Town was bigger so I never have to step foot in the shop again!

Misplaced products and thinking you're buying a product on offer but surprise at the checkout, you're not. Staff blames customers for misplacing products and shop too understaffed to rearrange shelves.

THEY SELL SEAL-BROKEN BABY MILKS!Be extra careful if you are buying baby milks from Superdrug Kentish Town Road. Last time when I went there to by Cow & Gate baby milk, I found two boxes with their seals broken. (Refer to the images I have shared)... It could be very harmful for your babies. Also, this was not the first time when I found them seal-broken. A couple of weeks ago, I had same issue. I did not just inform a member of staff that the seal is broken but also advised them that they should be watchful and remove any seal-broken baby food immediately from the shelf. But the issue still persists which indicates that staff is not as pro-active as they are supposed to be, specifically when it comes to baby foods.

great to pick up things that you need. makeup selection could be better but considering its a smallish shop, its great for most other things like toiletries, fragrances, hair care products etc.

The reason why I gave a 1 star today is because of one of the staff Aiman -cashier. I am a disabled person struggling to put my stuff in my rollator , while I?m doing that she said ?hurry up because there is two people behind you? while I am putting my stuff away, I?m not just stand there doing nothing.

I did a next day click and collect to this branch as I urgently need my items before I go on holiday in 2 days time. When I got to the store the lady working there lied and said they order hasn't arrived yet and I should come back in 4 days time. I explained to her that 4 days is too late as I'll be on holiday. But still she refused to check in the back. But I didn't get a text message or email to say my items arrived even though the time was 5pm the next day at that point, as the workers in the store didn't scan in the delivery orders when they were delivered to the store. I spoke to customer service online and it turns out I was right that my order was in that store when I visited as the tracking information said it had arrived there at 11am and the customer service team was confused as to why the women in the store lied to me. After that I told my sister and she was outraged how they lied to me so she went to the store the same day and demanded they check in the back for my order and sure enough it was there all along. Which means they just straight up refused to give me my items that I had already paid for just because they were to lazy to go to the back to collect it.I don't even expect the workers to go above and beyond in their job role for me. I was just expecting the bare minimum of them to do their job but it turns up they are too incompetent to even do that

I'm really disappointed of their service. 3 days ago I went to superdrug kentish town to buy body spray, I select 2 body spray and when I came to cash counter a young guy change body spray to shower gel, he said it's for men and I was busy I couldn't check it. Whilst I came home I open bag I've found he changed body spray to shower gel. He might be 20 years old guy but he should not do this.

If I could rate this superdrug -0 I would. I'm a very unsestified customer. The manager follows you around like he suspects your stealing which makes my shopping experience uncomfortable. He is rude,arrogant and needs to get a grip on reality. I do not recommend this store and will pass my experience onto everyone I know (social media).I was left traumatised. DO NOT SHOP HERE. !!!!
