I have been coming to this store since 2013 the staff have changed over the years but the best one is still there josephine all ways serves with a smile and a bundle of joy fanatic customer service skills and makes sure that I all ways have everything I need. Top talent. And if she?s not on the counter she?s cleaning up the shop.

Falsely accused of shoplifting by a cleaner. Dreadful place, looks and feels like an East German supermarket. Very little healthy food, mainly have offers on crisps and chocolate. An Asian lady with a mop (probably a staff member as they have to clean the stores now) eyed me suspiciously, had a word with another staff member who then demanded to look inside my bag, which was empty. Didn't even apologise. BEWARE this store has incompetent staff/ cleaners on minimum wage doing one of the least skilled, worst paid jobs imaginable in the UK, acting as 'qualified' security guards, as head office is too mean to pay the extra to provide them. So you have ignorant, incompetent staff treating customers like criminals. Overall this is a dreadful, dire shop probably the crappiest establishment in Camden.

Another customer swore at me and skipped the queue at 5pm on Easter Monday. I then pointed this out to both the security guard and a shop floor worker. The same customer was then verbally abusive to me in front of the staff members who watched on and did nothing. They then served the man at the tills a few mins later. I wouldn?t feel safe going here in future.

I thought I would try this place out after a friend recommended....I was not disappointed! I had the calamari starter which left my mouth wanting more. The waiter Miguel was helpful and seemed to always be at our table topping up my beer ?The only negative is the urinal had 2 taps either side which got in the way and when I was finished emptying my bladder I had to pull a plug out so I was left eating my calamari while smelling piss at the same time.
