Went to Lloyds bank today in kilburn and one of the customer assistants called Sonal was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me with my query. I am extremely satisfied with her service. Thank you!

My bank experience was absolutely dreadful. Amin displayed a disturbing level of misogyny, and I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment from someone in a customer-facing role. My attempt to open an account online failed twice, and I never received any confirmation. Consequently, I called their customer service, and after enduring a 40-minute wait, they scheduled an appointment for me.Upon arriving at the appointment, I was unfortunate enough to be assisted by Amin (they wouldn't give me his last name to make a formal complain). He exhibited rudeness, unhelpfulness, and a complete lack of respect, constantly condescending towards me. All I wanted to do was open a basic account and transfer my money to Lloyds; I wasn't even requesting a loan or anything complicated.The following week, I returned with the instructions Amin had given me, only to find that his supervisor showed no concern for his appalling behavior and simply advised me to seek another bank. The only glimmer of hope came from a single lady who empathized with my situation and at least listened to my grievances. It is disheartening to endure such mistreatment when all I wanted was to become a valued customer. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Hello everyone, I want to leave a review for this branch of the bank, which I visited today, unfortunately, the representatives of this branch turned out to be unprofessional and illiterate, the way they talked to me made it clear to me that I could not even receive an elementary service from the bank of which I am a client, I ask you to pay attention to those authorities who are responsible for these employees to give them an appropriate assessment and determine whether they do their job for which they receive wages, otherwise, due to such arrogant and incompetent employees, your customers will become customers of your competitors, and just as important is the opinion of society about you how you feel your bank's client

My experience at Lloyd?s bank in Kilburn High Road was one on the worst I have ever had to deal with. I went to the bank because I wanted to register a power of attorney. One of the staff in particular was very unfriendly to me because I rightly pointed out that communication was extremely poor. When I asked her how many pages she had photocopied from the documents as I did not want to return to the branch, she was just interested to end her shift and run off. I spent in total two hours at the branch. Awful experience. I told about it to the branch manager.

Today, I visited Lloyd's Kilburn High Road branch, and I cannot emphasise enough the exceptional service provided by the Bank Manager, Tahir. His remarkable patience and helpfulness turned what was a stressful experience into a truly pleasant one.Thank you once again for your outstanding service Tahir.

Lloyd's is a bank that is, unfortunately, still stuck in the 1990's. The quality of the retail banking services offered here is far below Western European standards, and possibly even worse than that of many banks in eastern Europe. The application platform, for instance, which is used to open an account is rigged with bugs (it can't even input an address properly after which you'll be forced to set up an appointment in a few weeks or even a month's time) and the interface itself is at least 15 years old. This branch in particular, apart from looking like a slump is full of incompetent and disinterested representatives that will do the bare minimum to help you. Avoid at all costs. Filthy place.

Excellent customer service. I needed to activate some old accounts. Even though it was lunchtime and the branch was busy, I never felt rushed; Ms. Stanka and her colleague worked with me to resolve my issues. They explained the processes and talked me through my options. This level of friendly, professional service reminds me why I choose to bank with Lloyds.
