I witnessed the manager of the shop being racist towards a customer. I tried to take the side of the customer and ended up being shouted at from that manager. It was a horrible experience.

The store was not open at 10am as advertised and I was told to wait out on the street on w cold windy day with my daughter in a carrier. I would expect a charity shop to have a bit more compassion.
