“A great country with a small population. Great cuisine. The prices were right as well with quite a wide selection considering most things are frozen. They even had a vegan "butter". I think they could have a wider selection of vegan products as well as there is a real gap in the market there so that's what the last star is for. Let me know when you get that vegan produce Iceland ??”
“They have done so well with this space. Very very busy store at peak times with the queue regularly snaking around the store. However, lots of self service tills means the queue does move quickly. Always well stocked”

“I really loved when you had personal contact with all the lovely checkout assistants in the store, before they put up all the self checkouts! I just hate when you get stuck and you still have to wait on an assistant to help you with your problem! As for the online shopping, how do they always manage to give you something so different and call that a substitute! Nowadays Shopping is a real pain in the arse!”

“My goodness, Thank you first of all for being opened. However on 19/4/20, This branch was in slight dismay. With only 1 lady on 2 tills serving, plus a young chap. Trying to manage a cue and imply new shopping rules. Whilst trying to fill shelves as the customers was endless. I decide to collect all baskets left at the till on the way out. As I felt so bad for the staff, as well as the customers, waiting to get in. Please head office, send more staff here. You are the closest, for all surrounding the area,providing the essential we all need”
“pretty decent food selection, the best in West Hampstead anyway, even have a decent vegan and veg selection, most of the staff are borderline civil, which is a miracle for supermarket staff nowadays, very few I have come across are displaying an attitude and a chip or are overtly rude unlike Waitrose staff and Tesco's”
“I like shopping there . They don't move things around all the time and you know where the items are . Prevents you from wondering around. Good for fresh veg and a quick shop.”

“Went in with my walking stick, it was kind of difficult to use it on the floor but that's fine. The security guard gave me a bag to hold the items in my hand while I waited by the door for my friends that were actually buying stuff.Store was cute, but quite small.”

“Standard Tesco Express in between Kilburn Underground and Brondesbury Station, right next to the bus stop - can seem a bit lean on team in the morning in particular however the security guards there are extremely friendly and extremely helpful and it is the two gentleman who regularly provide security to this store that make it a more pleasant experience.”
