Specifically asked for a travel sim I saw the Vodafone package but they pushed voxi, stupid kid had me there more than an hour while flirting to the uncomfortable girl he was training, they didn't even added the roaming Wich made the purchase useless. Now a month later receiving another charge on my card.

No clue how to help customers, wasted nearly two hours of my time and at the end asked me to contact customer service online. Worst experience ever, avoid this store.

Worst store management who does not have a Service Level Agreement, does not bother to train its employees and does not respect its customers.I booked an appointment for iPhone battery replacement via Vodafone app only to be told by the staff that they can?t help us because the store manager, the only one who understand how to handle battery replacement services in that store, was on leave that day. The staff asked us to try coming back the next day because there?s nothing they can do for us at the time, and basically telling us that appointment does not guarantee anything.This is not the first time I experienced this kind of bad service here. Previously, received a horrible treatment (very rude, honestly) from an Asian guy.

I was there 2 times. Always a bad mood staff and incorrect information. But 10 minutes at on-line chat and the adviser found the problem.

Avoid this store. The Asian guy in this store has the worst customer service and not deserve for the job. Other reviews should tell the details.

I bought wifi sim package for 1 month use. I called the switchboard to cancel the network registration for the sim after 2 days of use, they forced me to pay for 3 months. really bad . i paid the fee and felt the worst vodafone network in the UK.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!Even after you finish the contract with them,still you have to pay for something and if you dont tell them in the last 30 days that you want to keep your current number,you will lose it ,and they dont give a nail to you!

Went there today , there was an Asian guy with glasses served me with his bad manners . He was really rude , not patient at all , and shouted at me for no reasons . If he had got fed up with his Job , then he is better to leave . No one should deserve his rudeness .

Very incompetent!!!I have to live abroad for few months and my contact finish in July so i went in this shop to understand what to do.I ve been wrongly informed that i couldn't use my current plan abroad without extra charge.Yes there is again the roaming data but not for people in contract before August 202, information that i received after 5th been in contact with Vodafone by phone.So i decided to pass from contract to pay as you go to avoid extra charge.So i leave the shop with the advice to call the call center to switch because they cannot do nothing and with the guaranteed that i don't need to do nothing else just talk on a phone.Obviously after hours on the phone i discovered that i had to fill up the form on line and when i was on line i read that i have to be in England to switch and nobody told me this before.After few days abroad i discovered that i can use my plan without extra charge but my phone was blocked i couldn't call nobody not even the free number so trying to use the chat but very long procedure and i had even other problems with the bill to sort it out so i decided to send my boyfriend still in UK to the shop that make mistakes in the beginning.After i explain the situation, so enable to do any kind of phone calls and been already in hours in chat the guy on a shop absolutely said he cannot help me not even to make someone to call me or something.He left me abroad with no chance to be able to call and no intention to make amend of the shop mistakes.After 2 days i even been able to received any phone calls or texts.Unbelievable i stopped to use Vodafone in Italy because bad company and soon i ll do the same in UK.After another hour in a chat they finally sort out the line but still have to send my sim card in uk to switch to a friend and he needs to send it back when is done so I'll be without phone for minimum a week.Very good Vodafone well done!!!Your employees are well trained!!!!Shops very helpful ?????Thanks

terrible customer service. They refused to offer any assistance when asked about my sim card limits. Absolutely useless! Do not go here.
