Good stock selection but staff are unfamiliar with most requests for example I had a gift card I asked him to check what the balance was and they instead subtracted money from my gift card and then spent far too long trying to add money back to it again.

Very unhelpful pharmacy staff when asking about vaccination. We were looking for someone to advise on timing of a chickenpox vaccination and to administer a flu vaccine. They say come back tomorrow or pharmacist is on lunch come back later, despite booking a specific time online. Very relaxed about wasting your time. They never ever answer the phone either. Just poor service. If you?re considering getting vaccinated go elsewhere

i?m a regular customer who picks my meds up every month with no issues, except the attitude i get from the pharmacy staff. Recently, i?ve had to escort my friend to pick their weekly psychiatric medication up for their mental health and has been denied care, a refusal to give their meds to them (2 of which have severe withdrawal effects which includes seizures). not only did they attempt to kick me out of the store after i was standing up for my mate who was having a crisis due to their refusal to even look up the prescription done thru 111. A lead pharmacist Shahid, outright refused to even look them up on the system and got security to escort me out because i was ?harassing? them. if someone standing up to you due to your negligence that is not harassment. This experience itself has put me off of this store?s pharmacy in general. The lack of care for someone on mental health medications is appalling considering the side effects of particular medication. As i?ve said i?m a common customer who never has issues but this was entirely out of hand to witness. I will be taking this further, as this is unacceptable.

Went in boots today with my girlfriend to sample some fragrances and was immediately served with enthusiasm and witty banter from a brilliant member of staff, possibly of Caribbean origin, a true asset your store! I?m just sorry that I was overwhelmed by all of the lovely fragrances he let me sample that I didn?t follow it up with a purchase? yet! Great job my friend.

Pharmacy travel vaccine appointment slots are terrible! They have it open online, but at the very last minute, in the morning of the appointment, they cancelled it, without any explanation! This happened twice to me now, and had to end up calling the pharmacy team to be said that a trainee accidentallyLeft the portal open. This is so frustrating especially when they don?t even call to mention about this. Boots, please just update your online system, so that people don?t have to waste their precious time trying to fill in the vaccine questionnaire a million times, only to get their appointments cancelled again and again!!, in the last minute. I am glad someone atleast finally picked up the phone and explained the reason for the cancellation, hence two stars. Very disappointed Boots!

Went in on 28/12 to have a browse for cologne. The guy working in the fragrance section was absolutely amazing!! Fantastic customer service and amazing knowledge of products.

Staff always helpful in the kingston branch and i can always find what I am looking for even if its a brand new product well stocked in perfumes and fenty makeup

Pharmacy staff don?t listen and are very unhelpful. I asked for a item that the hospital told me buy before a procedure. Assistant said it was discontinued and no alternative. Went to a different chemist and it was available to order for next day. Don?t trust what they say. Go elsewhere

Not particularly great in here to be honest.You need to part with your details to get a cheaper price on some stuff and a price that?s still overinflated compared to what you should pay.There?s no customer service in here as there?s only self checkouts generally and the staff in the beauty section just stand around chatting and are hostile to approach.Just a money grabbing company with high prices and no customer service. One chap here is quite friendly and helpful, but the rest forget about it. Wouldn?t bother coming. Plenty of better options.

Set over two floors with customer lifts and escalators, Boots of Kingston is full of a range of beauty products, skin care, sun care, electric beauty products, many perfume departments, baby care, gifts for all, photoshop and pharmacy. Whatever you need, you can be sure to purchase from the well stocked shelves. A very enjoyable shopping experience.

I had my blood pressure test on the 20 October but the health surgery didn't get the result I phoned on the 11th November i was left waiting on the line i lost count of the number of times I phoned no one answered finely I got it done on Monday and my local pharmacy sent the result to Surbiton health centre

Please check your customer service email - I found my Veet hair removal cream full of small pieces of plastic which is extremely dangerous, please check the rest in your store that could be from the same contaminated batch! More info in my email.
