So understaffed its crazy. If u need help with finding anything, your size or need an extra size in the changing room you can be waiting 15 minutes for someone to appear. There just isn't enough staff for the store to help customers!

Quite unhelpful floor managers, rude, do not seem to be interested in customers at all. One floor manager cannot make a decision without another one and the second one fumed when I mentioned that since they did not have a solution, I would call their customer services centre to seek one. Immediately, the mentioned floor manager threw a tantrum, throwing back the items of clothing, complaing to another customer and saying that I "threatened" them with the customer service. Never again I would visit this particular store willingly.

I want to start off by saying how bubbly and attentive the staff were. The store was very tidy, and in specific Anna and Sandria?s customer service exceeded my expectations.I will most definitely be shopping here regularly. Thank you Mango Kingston team.
