I have often bought my clothing at M+S over the years but have noticed 2 issues in the last few years - firstly there are literally NO size 30 waist trousers in ANY London stores of M+S and secondly is the quality of clothing now offered which is simply poor quality in the men?s clothing department - I cannot talk about other departments but I no longer bother with this company as it is clear they have compromised on standards and quality.

Went in to the cafe today.Staff were standing chatting to each other.I ordered a pot of tea,small cup, no saucer,tiny milk jug with milk spilt on the tray.Waited 15 mins for soup, roll was rock hard, gave back to assistant.The tables needed clearing were dirty .I complained to an assistant that the place was dirty.She said they were cleaning the tables i didn't seev one table being cleaned whilst there we paid top dollar for a bottom level service .Next time Pret- A-Manger

I'm sorry I'm compelled to make this review. Went into your cafeteria for an iced mocha latte, and an egg sandwich which was one sandwich cut into quarters in a little box , paid near on £10 for the two items how the hell are you charging people near on £5 for 1 tiny egg sandwich, I wouldn't mind but when the latte came an I got to my table there was all powder at the bottom of the glass where it wasn't done properly on a machine, yet you're charging big money for this product with a gentleman stirring cocoa powder into a piece of coffee an adding milk , you can't charge the same as Starbucks and these proper coffee shops if you're not giving the proper thing. I was so embarrassed to make a complaint but walked away after drinking and eating my meal feeling robbed. , The same selection of sandwiches that are sold downstairs in your food hall should be available in the canteen area as well, it is an absolute rip off the prices you are charging in that cafeteria area.

Extremely dissapointed. I bought two sets of pyjamas, both were meant to be long sleeves according to the description on packaging but after unpacking at home one turned out to be short sleeve. It also smells of chemicals and mildew. Naively trusting M&S as a brand did not keep the receipt so can't return. Poor standards seem to be the norm at M&S now

I have been an M&S customer for decades and live locally but the racist treatment my daughter and I received today was disgusting. I have spent alot of money at M&S over the years. One of the cleaner staff kept harassing me and my daughter to leave as cafe was closing she had a hot drink and asked for a few minutes to finish it so she didn?t burn her tongue. Why would you serve a hot drink if there is no time to drink it. There were other white customers in the cafe who he didn?t approach at all but kept harassing us and a black lady. He was extremely rude and we asked nicely to finish it but he wouldn?t leave us or the black lady alone but the other white customers were allowed to stay. In the end he said he has to kick us out which I was disgusted with and shocked. Yet the white customers were allowed to stay. Never thought M&S would have a racist image. The store itself is fine but you need to fire your cafe staff and teach them about diversity. Won?t be returning to this store. Will take my custom elsewhere.

Marks and Spencer is not what it used to be. Consistently bad service in multiple M&S I?ve been to lately. For example:Kingston: Asking for help (to check stock), the employee saying: ?have a look around the shop for someone else to assist you with that?. No reason - just that.Richmond: Saturday, M&S is open until 7 pm, all fitting rooms close at 4pm?

Amarjeet and Dan really went above and beyond today to help me replace a broken plate set that was gifted to me (didn?t have a receipt)!! Dan even helped me carry the item to my car (due to my restricted physical ability)? can?t thank them enough for making the experience so easy and helpful! Huge thank you again to you both!

It's about the café, the floor is always dirty full of tissues, and so are many tables....The girl at the till seemed fed up quite and a bit bossy, no smiling at all. I love m&s, but the café cleanliness&staff behaviour is not matching with m&s vibes. And it's really a pitty....

Very dirty place, rubbish bin broken, lots of dirty trays on the tables. Staff with an attitude. Very expensive food, it took too long to get ready and the service is very bad. First and last time! Would expect more from M&S!

Always going to give M & S Kingston 5 stars because it is simply the best. . I never fail to find something to wear. The cafe is good. The noise levels are rather high even when not busy due to zero noise absorbant furnishings. And when the table clearer is in a mood, the bashing of crockery and the slamming of cutlery is painful. Thankfully today must be his day off. ?. So not too bad. The food store is the very best quality food. M &S steaks are tender and delicious. Fruit is fresh and keeps longer than many other places. Choices are plentiful and some luxurious. There's a car park. ?

i had lunch on 10/05/23. I ordered scampi with chips. I wanted a hot meal, but I got a very cold meal. I was disgusted with the meal. I wish if I had gone to the MacDonald, I would have had a nice hot meal with lovely crispy hot chips. The standard had gone down. Meal was served without cutlery and sauces. I will not go there anymore.

Very good quality produce at a price. Staff always super helpful. Centrally located and convenient. The weekday dinner deals are always worth considering. Highly recommended!

After decades of shopping and meeting friends for lunch/coffee in M and S Kingston I was horrified to be served (on a tea plate) 2 whole poached eggs and 2 half slices of what was supposed to be toast but was not toasted. In addition the eggs were luke warm. The chap clearing the tables saw my horrified face and asked if everything was .okay.
