We made a custom made suite. They did the trouser by choosing a bigger size and making alterations which made all the whole alignments bad and horrible.Second alterations we did with them were also well off and horrible.Shoulders were also off in the first alterations and fixed the second time.Waste of money. Paid £350 for the suite. Would not recommend.Unfortunately we only noticed now.In the pictures you can see the side pocket is way back and not in the correct place. Creasing is not aligned properly in the whole trouserOne leg is bigger in width than the other of the trouser.Would not recommend custom made suits by moss bros.We are tired of this cuz we had to travel more than an hour to get this done.Wedding shirt bought from the shop didn't have cufflinks holds. So we had to pay a tailor to do those separately.We dont think they value customer service. Disappointed about the whole experience.

Good experience today was guided and advised by Hugo who was very helpful in getting me fitted up and suggesting colour, material ect. Exactly what I was hoping for ?

Sophie was amazing at sorting me out a tuxedo for a VIP event. As someone who doesn?t usually go to black tie events, she explained every single part of the fitting to ensure I would look as presentable as possible for the event. I would thoroughly recommend her and Moss Bros as they have never let me down.

I have been here several times over the last few months, both for my wedding and my friends. Both times the customer service was awful. Firstly went in to buy two suits for my wedding, for my husband and best man. Despite there being many staff wandering about, it was a struggle to get the attention of anyone, and when we did they wandered off in the middle of helping us! We spoke 3 different staff members and had the same experience with all of them. The suits themselves are of great quality, the attitude of the staff really let us down and would have rather taken our business elsewhere - but I think they know they are one of very few options for decent suits!Second time I went in with a friend to collect a suit that was rented, found someone eventually and said we had a suit to collect, they literally waved their hands and said "...and?", and after seeing our confusion asked us if it was a rental or a suit back from tailoring.... we were both shocked at the awful attitude!As I said above the suits are great but the staff are awful and I will look further for an alternative next time I need to buy a suit.

Kingston Moss Bros have the worst customer service I have ever had, an African guy his name is Lawrence, he didn?t explain to me where I can try the black and navy shirts, he gave me 2, I open them and tried them, I only liked one of them, I said I will buy the navy one and I returned the other one back very nicely to him and he was like you have to buy both he got very angry with me because I tried 2 and only buying 1He was very rude to me, start talking to me with high tone of voice. Very disrespectful guy, let me tell you mr Lawrence that not how you treat your customers, and I suggest the store to enrol a polite and respectful sales representatives.However I like the shirt that?s why I bought it but I?m very disappointed and will never come back to this store again.

Horrible customer service. In the middle of me speaking, the staff member walked away from me. I had to ask a few members of staff for help before I was assisted. Never returning to this store.

I very rarely wear suits and the entire smart dress scene is a mystery to me, but I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Hugo who made the process of picking a suit for a work event a breeze.He was happy to answer any questions I had (even if stupid), and always had a smile on his face.

Suit is fine, but was pushed and pressured towards a more expensive suit, and led to believe that alterations to make fit would be included. Then charged another £50 for alterations. For the price I would expect better communication and service.

I had an amazing experience in Moss Bros Kingston last week. Hugo was so helpful and guided me to choose the right suit to wear at my friend's wedding. The suit is quality and his expertise really left a positive impression on me.I'll get my next suit from there! Thanks Hugooo!

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with this store. I was in town from the US and needed a tux hire to be completed in about 2 hours, and they delivered perfectly. I dealt with Daniel, and he literally could have not been nicer or more accommodating. Thanks so much for helping me out!!

My experience has been with telephone ordering of a particular 46R jacket which was shown as available in this store (and not anywhere else in the country). Paulina answered the phone, checked it wasn?t on the shop floor and then searched the store till she had located it. Next she very kindly arranged for it to be sent to their store in Cabot Circus. On the day it was collected by the Moss Bros van she called to tell me that it had left their store, and had put in a request for the Cabot Circus branch to call me when it had arrived there. Thank-you so much Paulina - our son is wearing the jacket at his brother?s wedding this week-end! Absolutely excellent customer service - I can highly recommend this store!

I booked an appointment at the branch and was helped out magnificently by Clive. I had some questions about cuts, and styles which he was able to help me with expertly. We managed to leave with 4 suits for my wedding which everyone is happy with. Thanks guys!

My son and I went in to hire a suit for his prom.The customer service was shocking.We won?t go back again.The people who are working in the Kingston store have not had any customer experience training.Moss used to be a respected brand and people who are representing the brand are damaging it.Their interaction is not only up to Customer service standard, but condescending and upsetting.I suggest you enrol your sales representatives for a customer service apprenticeship.Very disappointing!
