“I did not visit but I did come by here a few years ago. I was about 14 and a teenager came up to me offering me money to go in to buy something. I asked why cant you he said "Because I already bought it and I cant buy it again with the same day" Still puzzled I said why cant your mum, he said "It is for her as she cant walk" Or something. I said find someone else, and I walked off. I feel to make sure this dosent happen again try to avoid young pupils, or have some securty cameras set-up outside to try to prevent this. Very odd unsure if you can do anything to prevent stuff like this.”

“I would like to share my very positive recent experience. I felt very poorly and couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor. I phoned Laurel at about 4 pm and was given advice to call 111. After the consultation a prescription was sent there and Mr Tanna delivered it to me personally at 7.30 pm on a freezing cold night. I was actually visiting family and do not live in the area, which makes it all the more special to come across this kind of dedication. I can’t thank them enough.”
